Your hair turned out really nice! But yea you were actually bleaching your hair as that is the only way to lighten it but your problem was not that did your roots last, your problem was that you did not use smaller sections and take your time. It may have also helped to use an applicator instead of your hands. The color is super cute though ☺️

I would suggest L’Oréal hi color for dark hair next time. It’s a one step process as far as the color goes. Next time use the brush. It makes the application process easier. Love the color though!!!

Box dye is bleach, worse than bleach actually you don’t know what developer is in it! Bleach isn’t that scary just do some research

My hair is off white platinum and i'm going to use Adore non permanent rinse burgundy on mine.

I tried this the other day and all the color rinsed out 🙂

The color came out nice. You did actually bleach your hair!!! Next time take your time. Do smaller sesections and use an applicator bottle.
