Mobility/stretching is the most underutilized aspect of game improvement there is, and as demonstrated here it takes no time at all. This year I’ve really concentrated on my shoulder mobility and I’ve picked up an easy few mph of club head speed from it.

I have warm up shame do it in the car park, only playing last three seasons never seen a sole warm up, not a one, just quick wrap of a club around there body at best few balls in the netts, then couple practice swings at the tee and off they go, includes low handicappers club players too, liked video will incorporate a few suggestions.
