Sorry for missing this, but the SmartBone editor plugin was set to private! That's why it's saying "You need permissions to access this content". I imagine anime game with this tool like, Dragon Ball, for example. You transform and your hair starts shaking and flying like that. It would be so fucking cool!
a better way to do this without removing the extra weights is to turn off the bone's deform in the bone properties on the bones you don't want to effect the weights before you parent the hair, this will make it to where blender doesn't count them to the weights
Tbh it seems like a cool feature but there’s prob gonna be major bugs like layered clothing glitches were if it’s put with the right things could glitch out the entire map
I don’t have a single clue about animation (was interested and took a class once but I felt too stupid cause I couldn’t even understand the most basic concepts so I dropped the class) but I love watching videos like this, it’s so satisfying lol
You know what else I want you to make physics on? 😃 Water. Like so it splashes and is more realistic than the boring no splash water that we have right now.
i was using smartbone 1 before, and when i upgraded to 2.0, it changed the physics entirely i then downgraded to 0.1.0, and now it just wont move at all, its just like a slab do you know what causes this?
How does it work if i have a full rigged character but i only want the hair bones to wiggle? Do i make seperate rigs for the character and hair or would that even work?
I actually saw something like this VERY similar in a fighting game. No, it isnt TSB for those who are thinking it is. Im talking about Alternate Battlegrounds. they have capes that are exclusive to some people, and those capes have very similar smooth physics like the hairs in this video.
If i went back in time to 2015 when i first played roblox, and told my self that roblox is gonna have hair physics in the future... 2015 me wouldnt believe me, kill me, then do 3 backflips
