Welcome back everyone!
Hope everyone is doing well as the season change has started.
If you have watched my videos, you know that I got some Dynamic Tools Magnetic socket holders in SAE. Working on completing my setup I bought the metric 1/4 drive holder.
I have received questions about, "Will impact sockets fit".
I show some examples of impacts fitting the 3/8 holders that I have.

Nice review, Dave. You cover the pros and cons well. Most people should be very happy with these. But for people like me, I have way too many sockets for trays in my storage space.

I've got the OG machines time saver version on the 1/4 socket holder. They have been my go to for 20yrs. It's a positive and a negative that they do not have size marking. I know my 5/8 impact Armstrong 1/4 drive dose not fit in the holder. Thanks for sharing

I have a Mechanics Timesaver one as well and the openings are smaller. My Cornwellwell sockets had trouble fitting as well. I use it know for my "extra" 1/4 sockets... Thanks for watching. Hope your weekend is good.

Hello again Dave Thank you for another Great Video 👍 I have a suggestion for you. Have you considered the Toolbox Widgets organizers. I have used them for my screwdrivers and wrenches. And wow what a difference they make. They are very quick and easy to setup. But they are costly. I still have my pliers and sockets to organize. Again thank you 😊

Happy Saturday George 😁 Yes, I have them at work and they are great for odd wrenches like my S-wrenches. But for my regular wrenches and ratcheting wrenches, I saved more room with the Halls and got more wrenches in my wrench drawer.. I haven't tried them for screwdrivers tho... These look nice and would be great for when you want to take the set. Like I said before, wish they’d make em in a three row. Also, my 1/4 go up to 15 as well, so I don’t know why any of them stop at 14.

Pretty cool , the magnets seem pretty strong. That’s weird how it goes to 5/8” with SAE but only 14mm with metric 😑

I have the Kobalt version for the 1/4 which my Grey Pnuematic impact sockets are in,The 15mm does not fit in at all.Olsa sells them too,found some 1/2 drive impact sockets do not fit,have seen this with some Snap On impact sockets.I also have the Olsa tools ones as well

Yes, I have seen the old Tekton not fit as well but since they changed them about two years ago, those fit. Thank you for letting me know about the others. Have a great weekend Walter
