You should really have Holy Conviction on Dyna. It's far and away his best Enchantment, considering it doubles his built in heals, and the 55% Dmg Reduction from it alone is enough to keep Dyna from being 1 shot most of the time. You can then go full on ATK Talents/Insignias (WA+UP).

I played this game a while back when it was newer, and the other day I made a new account (I had the game for like 2 days) and got a free roll Young Spark..... so yes that can happen
