Here is a review of the Dynamis Alliance Blade as well as the sheath and training blade. This is an amazing blade that's comfortable to carry and fun to train with. You can truly feel you are holding a piece of art while this is in your hands. You can see if for yourself here...

I also show the Dynamis Alliance 1.75" LoPro Belt in the video and you can see my full review of that here: • Dynamis Alliance LoPro...
From the Dynamis site...
"The Dynamis Blade is a unique design built for combat. Inspired by Warriors through their collective experience in close quarters battle and combatives. The blade is cut from CPM3V, one of the toughest, most wear resistant steels on the market. The overall cutting edge is 3.75" and is offered in single or double edge. The sculpted micarta handle's unique shape is a perfect fit for both reverse and forward grip fighting. The custom micarta grip is ideal for both bare and gloved hands. For extreme grip, jimmping was placed on the thumb ramp, under the hilt, and on the pommel. The Dynamis blade is an easily concealable combative blade that transitions seamlessly to a professional working environment. Forged proudly in the USA."

To everyone bitching about price, ask yourself.. ... would you rather have a $2OO hi point, a $5OO glock, or $1k FN pistol.

Sir, could you do a short video on your knife training board? Love the knife, but that board is money. Thanks for what you do.
@WarriorDads
@WarriorDads 3 года назад
Thanks, but that board actually fell off the wall while training one day. However, I created a freestanding board, which I can do a video on.

If it was 399 with the sheath and trainer I'd be all over it. But for what they want for the knife sheath itself you can get an entry level ar. Or a milmak blade :)
@WarriorDads
@WarriorDads 4 года назад
Thanks for watching. I'm sure about MilMak, but I did briefly look them up. The only thing I saw missing on the couple I looked at is jimping - unless I missed it. Very useful for forward grip if needed. I really like what Dom is doing with Dynamis and I looked at a lot of other blades, but the sheath is amazing! I'm sure they will have holiday sales coming up - I would keep an eye for them just in case.
@caseynemecek7038
@caseynemecek7038 4 года назад
@@WarriorDads I will my milmak has jimping on my ccw but it's a one off. Hard to pass up a one off custom for sub 300 with a blade rig sheath included. I will for sure keep an eye out for a good deal on a dynamis had a hard on for that blade forever. One day I'll justify it.

Ok. This is crazy. The knives cost more than benchmade’s
@WarriorDads
@WarriorDads 5 лет назад
Keanon Breazeale they periodically have sales and these are made to order and custom etched with the number of knives. Plus the steel is top quality. Nothing against benchmade because I have friends that own them, but everyone who’s held this knife has felt the quality

great review thanks for all the info! to everyone about the price. yes it is very expensive. but if you think of it as a long term investment its not that bad. self defense tools are not something you want to be cheap about and if you're someone that would carry this every day it would only cost about 1.50$ a day for a year. most of us spend three times that a day for coffee.
@WarriorDads
@WarriorDads Год назад
Thanks! I still carry it everyday and take good care of it. Something I will be passing down to my son.
@seppukusushi2848

It is a really well executed knife, but it's kind of hard for me to justify a purchase when Winkler makes a dagger for $200 less and even does a rubber handle which I prefer over micarta.

It’s definitely worth it to have a quality blade. Something you can carry with confidence, take care of it, and eventually pass it down. Start saving up or ask for gift certificates for birthdays, special occasions, etc.

Don’t think they come with the sheaths or trainers anymore brother. Would you be willing to make one of those boards?
@WarriorDads
@WarriorDads 5 лет назад
Chris Laws they all come a la carte. I got mine as a bundle package. I actually upgraded the board idea because that one fell out of the wall - haha. I made a stand out of 2 tires, filled them with concrete and set a post in there made up of 3 2x3’s screwed and glued together. Then I attached the target board on with lag bolts. It’s heavy but it ain’t going anywhere. It probably wouldn’t be worth the money to make and ship it - you can definitely do it yourself, it’s not hard at all. You don’t have to get that fancy with it.

$499? That sounds like a price point that assumes they'll get institutions to purchase for them. Aka: operators. That's too much for civilians with common sense. Great knife, though. Checks almost all my boxes.
@WarriorDads
@WarriorDads Год назад
I got mine for just over $300 - not too much for a good American made blade/tool that I will pass down to my son one day.

Have you noticed the blade dulling whenever you insert and take it out of the sheath? Just got mine today and was wondering if this is a long term thing
@WarriorDads
@WarriorDads 3 года назад
No I have not noticed. Unfortunately, the blade didn't come razor sharp, but I also don't use it to cut things open (amazon boxes, etc). It's only got 1 purpose :) (unless I needed to cut something in an emergency (seatbelt, clothes, etc)

I just got a revere and it seems kinda dull. Did you sharpen yours? I know it's more of a dagger/spear head but I figured it should at least cut paper. 🤷‍♂️
@WarriorDads

Yeah, mine didn't some super sharp either. I used a wet stone I had and a leather strop. Sharpened it a bit, but you may be able to find someone locally to do it, or call Winkler and see what they recommend.

dynamis alliance is like $399.99 to $499.99. This is crazy because the manufacturing cost of this knife is below 30 dollars.
@WarriorDads
@WarriorDads 5 лет назад
James Cao - I couldn’t image it costing that little to use this kind of steel and making something such as this. Either way - it’s a quality blade and the price also includes the sheath (which is second to none) as well as the training blade
@WarriorDads
@WarriorDads 5 лет назад
sophisticated B I get man, it’s a lot of money. When I was training Pekiti Tersia Kali, my instructor had a blade that was $250 and I thought that was CRAZY! I literally have this on me everyday. The sheath is second to none. I’ve never experienced so comfortable and easy to maneuver with. I’ll even exercise with it on and do blade drill in between. With that said, Dynamis does offer sales on their blades and that’s when I pulled the trigger on mine, so out of pocket for me was about $332. Still a lot, but considering I will have this for life and pass it down to my son - I think it’s worth it. Not to mention you get the training blade in addition to the sheath and live blade. The ka-bar tdi is a completely different design as well. Not as much application in my opinion
