I can tell his Uncle Brett Hart taught Tommy Billington the Calgary Dungeon style of technical wrestling. The way he moves is like Chris Benoit & the Original Dynamite Kid put together. This kid has a very bright future ahead of him.
Do you think he needs to pump up his physique (No drugs/steroids, just gym) to be more appealing or is his movement and speed already enough with his physique? Because being a bit more muscular would slow him down, but could play on his presentation.
I'm in tears right now, this is full circle for me when I use to watch his uncle and davey boy wrestle, all the best Tommy you've made your family and us proud.
Man, facially and bodywise he looks just like his uncle when he was a young man in Stampede wrestling. The moveset taken right from the family arsenal. So, I wonder if he'll feel the same pressure as his Uncle did to increase his mass exponentially to overcome his shorter height. Great match here with Dax.
So cool to see the torch passed to the new DynamiteKid. Tommy Billington ...getting some shine. Fan of his father. Hope this is the beginning of a long career. Thanks to Dax aswell for showing him the ropes on the big stage. Rooting for Tommy. Like to see him and Hook go at it. Maybe a tag team. Whatever...great to see him going at it.
One of the best matches I’ve seen in a long time. No stupid, over-choreographed, cirque du soleil stuntman theatrics. Just good believable balletic chain wrestling.
freaky AF. imagine once he packs on more size. holy moly. if i'm Khan i'm signing him to at least a 5 year deal. his genetics don't lie. and he isn't david flair. at some point he'll be at kurt angle, benoit, guerrero level, it's inevitable.
If he puts on 3 stone of muscle especially building his skinny arms and legs . Oh and maybe give him so jericho style lift boots . This kid might have something
If Tom and his brother put on about 15-30lbs of muscle and if they both can cut good to great promos they could be huge stars. If they can't cut good promos its gonna be harder but they could get away with it if they have a good manager, unfortunately Heyman seems to be the last of the mohicans when it comes to that. The size and promos and staying healthy are gonna to be the key for both of them. I hope that they don't get caught up in any silly nonsense gimmick matches, or things like drugs alcohol. I really want these guys to reach a level higher than their uncle who's one of if not the best in ring wrestler of all time. I've watched this match several times and I rarely do that with modern matches.
