Hello, We recently had a Dynavin D9 - 10 inch installed. Can you tell me how to change the home screen. I noticed on yours it has the time and a photo of a Toyota pickup truck on the right, Apps and radio in lower left and I am assuming the music app in the upper left. How do we customize or change that screen to the apps that we would use more frequently and remove the music app that I believe is the factory installed music app as it has music that we would never have uploaded.
Loved this demo, thanks! Does the time regularly fall out of sync? And when connecting a phone via android auto will it update the date/time without needing a direct internet connection via WiFi or sim card?
time will fall out of sync if set to obtain network time and no internet connection is provided, you can set the time manually (to avoid this) but you need to make sure its updated again when you change out your car battery, otherwise play store will not work well if the time is out of sync. If going in with android auto, via the carlink app, it will not update the unit's time, as the app works independently.
Hi Bros, i insert a sim card into the simcard holder--it showed full signal strength but i can use google/Waze or RU-vid. Can you advise me which video you created teaches this?. thanks
For what car pls ? Coz some of the car's plug & play wiring is missing the power to the antenna booster. Your installer should know how to deal with this. Never ever had a DP8 with radio reception issues due to the unit. Most of the time is the Plug & Play wiring incomplete.
