It’s weighs 480 gr which is almost double the weight of Bose and 100 more than a Sony. You will have to take them off more often which negates any sound reduction on a long train journey. Bose and Sony have better noise reduction performance. The Bluetooth doesn’t have the latest Codecs which means you have to manually disconnect to one source first and multiple sources won’t work either.
Sound quality on the Zone was really good and Airpods Max weigh around 400g too and they are still comfortable. I'd wait for the reviews regarding these headphones
not for everyone but i use mine all the time in LA. they work great. they sound great. they cancel noise as good as bose and apple. the air i breathe is fresh and clean in most environments. had the since launch.
The last headphones they made - with the front bit - looked ridiculous. These actually look really cool. It’s all about the sound quality and ANC though, so we’ll have to wait for reviews…
There’s so much market saturation from every single brand out there that there isn’t a single one that you can chose from anymore. It used to be point blank Dyson for a bagless and Miele for a bagged but now it’s like Russian Roulette
Somethings are just not meant to be good, but to be learnt from. they were innovative with that, and i believe it'll pay off.. and hopefuly in two separate gadgets. Looking forward to a portable air purifier

Well, if Singaporean workers are more competent, there are no labor unions constantly complaining about this and that, taxes are lower, and there's no need to adhere to DEI, I myself would also move my company from the UK to Singapore.
i like dyson coming out with innovative products..i dont mind the premium price for its premium build..but PRICES of your replaceable spare parts are insanely outrageous, and that needs to change
Would love to see Dyson make an E-BIKE made with their inventions. Its, doable, They already have the tech to transform the cordless vacuum tech into an ebike.
Thinking about E-bikes as you mentioned, strange that nobody has actually used the force from the wind generated as you actually ride the bike = be it commuting or any other cycling we do , having tiny motor on any bike that captures the wind that drives the motor = basically self propelled products = no need changing.

@@Paradoxical124 They spent/wasted many, many millions on a car project. McLaren Technologies bought the remnants of VanMoof. Maybe they think £2500 isn't enough to make a "dyson" profit on a bike, they'd want to sell it for £5k+
As long as they don't touch the sound quality and tuning of the original zone (which is better than the focal bathys, they are genuinely the best sounding wireless ANC headphones money can buy), or the ANC or transparency (which on the Zone, are hands down better ANC and transparency than even the airpod max, the transparency is like a super airy pair of open backs like the grado GS3000) then this is actually a damn home run. I bought the zone on a laugh when it was discounted to $500. Even with the ridiculously silly gimmicks of the fans and filters (which I never use) I unironically ADORE the zone. They're built like tanks, ultra premium feeling, crazy comfortable (though heavy since they have filters and fans) and the sound quality is utterly peerless. I've told people that if dyson just made... quite literally this product, at this price, they'd have the single best wireless ANC headphone on the market. So please dyson, don't touch the tuning or the ANC/transparency of the zone in this product. Give it more EQ options in the app, give it a proper 3.5 or 2.5mm jack for wired audio instead of the analogue type c cable, and fix the sleep mode battery drain. You're on the cusp of the best headphones on the market. Which is so weird.
Used to be a big fan of Dyson and still have many of their products. Recently though I had one of there hand held hoovers, literally blow up in my hand when the motor exploded not a nice experience at the time. And guess what it was out of warranty, I would have thought that the motors should have lasted the lifetime of the product. Going forward and after that experience I think it may be time to explore other manufacturers.
They look absolutely beautiful. That CNC milling is bordering on artwork. Whilst I don't know how they will sound, there's no question that the ANC and battery will be the best in class of any headphone.

@@jordohayes no I mean the dekoni pads you spoke of. I’ve been eyeing them for a while now but noise cancelling comes first for me so I wonder if they diminish some of the anc?
They resolved a problem that only Dyson employees have to reduce noise of hoovers during research of next generation of dyson hoovers. Nice earplugs Dyson
It actually looks amazing ♥ I love when companies like Dyson put their years of research in another product into something new, Like going from vacuum cleaners to headphones. I think a good vacuum cleaner is much more difficult to make, So I'll be excited to try these out someday!
They look quite good TBH but I'm not seeing a significant advance other than good noise cancelling. I imagine they will be astoundingly expensive as well 🤪
Have been using Sennheiser since the 80s and have no desire to use headphones by Dyson😂 especially when he sodds off to other countries but comes back to the UK to sell us his product.
When will these companies learn. If you want to be "innotive" today in such a crowded tech market, be MASSIVELY different? How, go back to the good old days when quality products are made that ARE 100% repairable by the owner or an indepentant repair shop. And you, Dyson, sell the parts at resonible cost. But no, you won't do that, you want to charge an arm and a leg then fight the user to the end when they want to repair it, you want to force them to just buy a new one.

Whoever wrote the copy has no idea about hi-fi. 6Hz to whatever kHz has nothing to do with sound quality, but simply indicates the frequency response of the drivers/system.
Hope they sound as good as they look. Shame they put the Dyson logo on and Ontrac logo instead 😎 Defiantly change the branding on the side from Dyson to Ontrac -you will sell more.
Why are there so many cuts... this would have been easier to watch and understand if every sentence wasn't a new clip. There has to be over 300 clips in the 5 minute video
