I think it should be slightly more wet maybe 60% dry? as well as mousse (while wet/ damp before blow drying) But I love the honesty in this video! 10/10

If her hair was just a little damp when she curled it. The curl will easily fall out. Your hair has to be bone dry when you curll it. Spray your hair with hairspray right before you curl it, and after you curl it. Remember, your hair has to be 100% dry when you curl it. Or it will not hold.

No it does not. It should be about 80% dry.
