Even though I'm not Dzu, I believe I can answer this question. Almost always, no. This is because you have a much higher ceiling for damage + survivability by building bruiser items. Example: Death's dance, Maw of Malmortius. The only pure tank item that Yone builds is Spirit Visage, but that is only because it has synergy with his W and Shieldbow, and an even greater synergy, if you take Shield Bash and Revitalize secondary runes. TLDR: You survive better by building bruiser items than pure tank items in most games. Only time I can see you building tank is for example, they have 4 AD w/ mobility, so you go Ice born Gauntlet for your mythic and have death's dance to survive burst and heal on takedowns. Here, you can swap out revitalize for conditioning depending on if your team has enchanters or not for extra tank stats. Then again, you still build IE and BLOODTHIRSTER to aid with your damage. So even in these niche situations which warrants you to build tank, you still build some sort of damage. Again the only pure tank item here is, Iceborn Gauntlet against 4 ADs.
