Yeah, kinda, with illaoi you just have to be sure she doesn't hit her E. Of course she can make your hp go from 100 to 0 even without e, but at least it wouldn't be like in this video, where Yone dodget many tentacles but still lost like 40% of hp just from the soul, and he even managed to get out from the soul range, so that wasn't the full damage. And with yone, well, if he gets near to you and you aren't fed, then its gg in most scenarios. @@khalidsaif7995

thing about this, yone was lvl 16 and a level up on illaoi. yone had at least 3 items, illaoi was probably 1/5/2 with one item and tier one boots. nerf illaoi. please riot.

To those high elo silver players, saying "just dodge E" You CAN'T reliably dodge illaoi's E while playing a melee auto attack based champion, because in order to hit illaoi, you need to, well, stand right in front of her, and that makes hitting her E, which is already an almost instant ability, much easier.

Huge still issue, hitting e on someone right on top of illaoi while kiting is the hardest e that illaoi is gonna throw. You just dash in and stand still next to illaoi allowing her tentacles and her e to hit you for free. Learn of to kite around

I play Illaoi, never run from her when she gets your spirit, if shes has no tentacles, the fight started with zero tentacles and ended with 6 because he kept getting cursed

Yone can one shot mages/adcs when they are in the same screen and get out harm free with e. Illaoi has no mobility or cc and can only fight when you choose to fight her. Yone shouldn’t beat illaoi on top of being able to one shot anything ranged
