In this video we have shared about our 2nd day journey in Nagaland. It was a group trip with all our 8 friends. so we had an amazing time together.
this journey was actually a trekking to the dzukou valley. The Dzüko Valley (Meitei: Dzuko Tampak), also known as Dzükou Valley or Dziiko Valley, is a valley located in between Senapati district of Manipur and Kohima district of Nagaland in Northeast India. This valley is well known for its natural environment, seasonal flowers and flora & fauna.
The valley is situated at an altitude of 2138.4 meters behind the Japfu Ranges. The serpentine stream shaped like the curves of Venus flows through Dzukou becomes frozen during winter. Japfu peak (3014 M) is the highest peak in Kohima district. The experience of the heartland of Nagaland will leave you spellbound with some of the amazing sights. The trekking in Dzukou valley is categorized from easy to moderate. The total distance to cover in the trek from the Vishwema Village is 18km
