Very good. If we start with 100 kwh of green electricity and a source of pure CO2 how many kwh of methanol would you expect to produce ? I believe CRI say its 60 kwh. Also, have you considered combining renewable methanol paired with an allam cycle to make electrical power. Could be useful for a) land based energy storage and dispatchable electricity generation (store the CO2 geologically and re use it) and b) similar but this time import e-methanol from a country where renewables are cheap, oxy allam burn to make power then separate and liquefy the CO2 and send it back above triple point to make more e-methanol (in the same ship).
