He is posting on social media pre and post market. What does this have to do with "manipulation" lol. Even if it was intraday he is allowed to like anyone else.
What about Saudi Arabia saying they need oil to be around $80 to balance their economy / books ? Just checked the price of oil. Guess what it is ......
What are the best strategies to protect my portfolio? I've heard that a downturn will devastate the financial market, so I'm concerned about my $200k stock portfolio.
There are strategies that could be put in place for solid gains regardless of economy situation, but such execution is usually carried out by an investment specialist
I've been in touch with a financial analyst ever since I started investing. Knowing today's culture The challenge is knowing when to purchase or sell when investing in trending stocks, which is pretty simple. On my portfolio, which has grown over $900k in a little over a year, my adviser chooses entry and exit orders
Also, how can anyone be mad that he’s posting his position? He’s being more transparent than most companies and definitely more transparent than any hedge fund manager. That would look really bad too.
If they’re dumb enough to pull his account then they need to pull everyone who’s ever talked about a stock on TV. Anyone who’s ever made a post about a stock etc. it would be such an easy win for him it’s not even funny.
One hand a guy posted a photo of his position in a stock, the other that gets less coverage NYSE “technical difficulties” no negative news coverage at all.
when did MS become SEC or regulator? or were they too greed and did they not hedge their position when selling those options to him and cannot find the shares to sell now?
Yeah These people are pathetic. Retailers struggle 24/7 get few dollars. What the big money do is reach into the retailer pockets using every manipulation in the book
That would be the worst move they could make... if they do. it's a free market and you're free to share what you're doing on social media, unless you have a large audience. If that's the case, let's get rid of Jim Cramer too.
If I told someone I owned X shares or X calls to another person would that be consider inside trading? seems sus honestly, like I know Elon owns millions of shares of Tesla so why wouldn't that be deemed market manipulation.
Love the as that preempted the video was for ETrade. Lol. As if anybody following this would then decide to open an account with them after they kick off arguably their greatest success story.
I agree...... market manipulation. He got rich from doing this before and getting others to go in on it. Here's the point - he invests to get others to do the same with the stock, which is artificially inflated and then he pulls back and sells. It's classic pump and dump. Requires an audience to follow along. He doesn't care that a lot of the audience may sell at the wrong time or lose their money. It's dangerous behavior and any financial expert would back that statement. There were movies made a long time back for people doing the same thing and getting an audience to do this so their firm could benefit and the SEC took action against them. This guy needs to be jailed for this reason.
I completely agree with you! My first 100k took a long time and wasn't that special to be honest with you. Once I hit 300K that is the game changer in my opinion. At this point my money is basically making me a pretty good yearly salary. When I go to sleep at night I know my money is making decent money with the help of my FA!
Nice. People often underestimate financial advisors' importance. Over 50 years of data reveal that those who work with advisors typically earn more than those who go it alone. I've been fortunate to work with one for 13 years, resulting in a $1 million portfolio, largely from early investments in AI and other growth stocks.
We will vote you people out y’all position we will be heard you manipulated market for years bail banks out now Americans stand together you want to tear them apart just like y’all trying to do Elon someone who really care about the future of our kids not no institutions buying up Americans homes raising rent short squeeze us in our home what do you people think going to happen we are tired
That will be the BIGGEST lawsuit ever. Leave retail alone u scary bums. Etrade don't have the shares and now their scared 😂😂 go buy the shares and play by the rules bum 😂😂😂
They probably shouldn't do anything unless the SEC pursues action against him. He has assets on E-Trade, but any market manipulation is via social media. E-Trade shouldn't have liability, and as a retail-focused investment arm of Morgan Stanley, they probably shouldn't hurt the brand by proceeding with this.
How is anything he did market manipulation? How is this any different from the countless hedgefund managers who go on CNBC every day to talk up their book?
He is pumping bags and then off loading. And then rebuys again. Retail holders are just exit liquidity for both hedge funds and Kitty. Holders are being played by both sides. If Kitty was serious he would have told folks he was buying the stock, then bought. Instead he gets position set, then lets everybody know so Retail pump bags. Hilarious anybody is fooling for this
Kind of like when an analyst or newsletter recommends a stock with a price target, the irony of your username...who would have thought you be a hater😂😂
