From the Spike Lee's classic School Daze. Helped introduce the world to Go-Go music which has been huge in the DMV since the 70's. The lead singer is Elliot "Sugar Bear" Elliot. Some other top artist in the genre are Chuck Brown, Rare Essence, Junkyard Band, Trouble Funk.

Story behind this song is Spike Lee called Marcus miller who a well accomplished bassist/ composer was working with Miles davis ,Sandborn and Luther vandross at the time. Spike asked Marcus to write a song for his movie school daze...still a classic tune to this day
