REGINE IS UNTOUCHABLE IN HER PRIME. She is a multi media star, movie, tv, specially in music and concert scene, she is on top, until now she is still active in the business. QUEEN SONGBIRD 👑❤️
Regine is one of a kind. I used to have severe anxiety and what helps me sleep at night is listening to her Album called Lowkey. 😌 I hope you guys can check it out. I love this Friday episodes.
well. Regine is the best of all those singers here in the Philippines, regardless who won international singing competition. She's still on top of the list.
How satisfying to watch you appreciate Regine! She is a national treasure. She chose to stay within our borders, though she had the chance to choose a path similar to Lea’s. I am so glad RU-vid is allowing more people to discover Regine, one of the greatest inspirations the Philippines has been blessed with and a gracious model for generations of Filipino talent
Jed Madela won all the genre he entered in 2009(?) World Championship of Performing Arts in Hollywood. He won the title The (2009) Senior Grand Performer of the World where over more than 3,000 various types of performing artists performed.
Ryan Cayabyab is a Filipino songwriter who was declared a national artist for music👍and the musical tandem w/ Regine brought magical performances throughout the so-called Regine prime❤😊
Regine has so many great live performances in her prime. Like I'll Never Say Goodbye and also You'll Never Walk Alone when she was in her 20's and belting the high notes while walking casually on stage
You will never regret featuring Regine in her prime up to now...She's still on top of her career....An inspiration to all Filipino Singers.. Regime's..Wednesday
I still get teary eyed with Regine's Sometime Somewhere every time...Stell sang also this song very recently with Ryan Cayabyab and also very emotional.
Regine's Sometime, Somewhere was recently sung by Stell in the birthday concert of the composer of the song, Mr. C. He did justice to this masterpiece... you need to watch it.
The song, "Sometime, Somewhere" was composed by Ryan Cayabyab for another iconic Filipino male singer/balladeer Mr. Basil Valdez who eventually popularized it in the 70s.
you may want to check on Regine Velasquez R3.0 2017 (Day1&2) anniversary concert. on her struggles of her throat problem and acid reflux, she still did her best to do this concert. with her husbands love and support she had the courage to do it regardless of her voice. guests morisette, jona, jed madela, angeline quinto, erick santos, julie ann san jose and more. this was a showcase
I hope you can react to Regine’s performance of The Greatest Love of All, together with Lani Misalucha and Jaya. They are considered the vocal trinity of the Philippines! Thanks!
I hope you can do a TGFF duet edition. Halik - Gloc-9 ft Flow G (Wishbus) Pelikula - Arthur Nery ft Janine Tenoso (Wishbus) After All - Daryl Ong ft Gigi De Lana Kung 'Di Rin Lang Ikaw - December Avenue ft Moira (Wishbus) Mahika - Janine Berdin ft Aldie (Wishbus) Dyan Ba sa Langit - Jason Dy ft Morissette (Wishbus)
@@omaralvarez3646 Thank you!! I’ve been requesting Halik by Gloc 9 and Flow G for months now! I also suggested Pauwi Na Ako and Bakit Ngayon Ka Lang. I think these three are outstanding examples of Pinoy melodic rap! Have also been requesting Arthur Nery and Janine Teñoso’s Pelikula ! ❤️❤️❤️
The arrangement of the song Emotion popularized by Destiny’s Child was first recorded by Regine in 1998. The song was arranged by Mark J Feist who was involved in both productions. He even used the same backing track for both. Destiny’s child released their recording in 2001
Facts: Before Katrina, Regine sang Go the Distance - infact, Katrina's almost a copy of Regine's version - down to the voice quality 😅. Before Mori, Regine sang Shine - if I'm not mistaken, it's a Regine original. And before Darren, Regine did Higher from The Colour Purple. Not trying to discredit these wonderful young artists, I just thought you ought to know to fully understand Regine's influence to these young artists.
Like Jed did 4th impact also won the World Championships of Performing Arts in Hollywood California in Junior division I think in 2006 then a few years later won again in the Senior division 😄
Kindly consider Eumee Capili ( she won the Tawag ng Tanghalan a few years back also did Wish Bus) a video went viral recently when she joined a busker in South Korea. After one song she was asked to do one more for fun. It was great live and raw.
They say Filipino are good singers but actually what’s awesome are more in their collaboration with each other their able to show each of their super power yet they really could transfixed audience more when they’re vocals are intertwined
There are tons of old videos of Regine Velasquez and literally, she's just beyond compare with the singers of today. She is the Philippines' top music legend.
Hi, it was an awesome Friday again, thank you very much. Having watched and reacted to both greats, Lea and Regine, I thought you must also watch the singer who was the most popular while they were growing up and so influenced and inspired them much like mori, katrina and all our young artists today were inspired by lea and regine. Please check out Kuh Ledesma especially in her prime during the 80's. She made hits of a lot of original tagalog songs and also covered Streisand songs.pls check out her "Someone that I used to love" at the Akuhstic Cafe and "Till I Met You" at Albert Hall in London. She and Regine later did concerts together and likewise collaborated with Lea. thank you.
Thanks for translating the words for us about how amazing Regine s voice is. That video must have been revived from a VHS tape. Daryl's vocal arrangement are great
I really hope that you'll get to visit the Philippines. You'll get to witness how majority of the Filipinos like singing and dancing... and if you'll get a chance to visit during the Christmas season...you'll get to watch and listen to a lot of festivities and more. I hope you'll enjoy our food too. Just brace yourself for the horrendous traffic. hehehe!

Filipino singers just love the 80's and the 90s until 2000's songs. So excited for Kz. You can try her original song Nag iisa na naman on the wish bus or at the BBC radio performance. Love ❤️ you guys.
Your daughter is so cute!!! So nice to see her with you guys in the video. Am so glad you listened to Regine. I remember my childhood filled with anticipation for Saturdays - - - watching Eat Bulaga which is a Filipino Television variety show where they do comedy and also showcase different talents. She's always one of the key talents during the shows and she would perform solo or with different singers. It's like watching a free concert, it's crazy. Regine and Lani (Misalucha) are my heroes growing up. 😊 I recommend you guys listening to "Hanggang Ngayon" (tl: Until Now) which is an original duet between Regine and her husband Ogie Alcasid... One of my favorite songs. I really enjoyed watching your vids. You have a new fan. ❤
The last girl in the mall singing AKIN KA NA LANG is the grand finalist of a local singing contest named TAWAG NG TANGHALAN..and got a high score of 99%…
Somtime, somewhere was written by a Ryan Cayabyab, a Natl Artist of the Philippines. Also sung by Stell very recently. Please react to Stell’s Broadway renditions which include Defying Gravity! Thank you. A week doesn’t go fast enough to watch you guys!
Lea Salonga loves Jed Madela. He was one of her guests in her concert that I watched before. He was nervous at the beginning because he was dueting with her, but he nailed it. Lea was so proud of him.
Thank you for another entertaining TGIFF. ❤❤❤ I request LIMITLESS mv+interview for G22 next week. It's 🔥 Please also include the following in the next coming TGIFFs: James Reid's wish bus performance of "Hurt me too" Jason Dy and Jay R's cover of "Forever" Gino Padilla's Closer You & I And hope you can also check out Filipino bands - Neocolours, True Faith, Side A, After Image TYIA! 🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️
