He does realize, he's just saying it cuz it's funny. Also is it really only when you ult? Cuz it was done as it went into phase 2 aventurine and no ult happened
@@kevinl2482 when you hold L2 or LT on the controller, it pauses the game, and the L2 input is necessary to ult. you can press it and then not ult and it still pauses

She was very good when she was release, it's just how powercreep works. But characters who drain HP will probabli receive a support who buffs based in hp drain or something similar, so I expect that she will rise again in the future
Her main issue is that she's very plain and doesn't really do or want anything special, so any support that comes out that's good for jingliu is also good for literally every other dps too. She hasn't gotten a jingliu specific support and her best team has been basically exactly the same since 1.0
because her mechanic got her all the buffs she can get but her multiplier is not good, so buffing her more with current supports didn't do much for her. probably need her own support like how sparkle to DHIL
Because she has barely appeared in the narrative and has almost zero presence. There was a leak going back a couple months back that implied older characters getting new paths in the future (similar to how it works with the Trailblazer and March). This might happen to JL when her story arc becomes relevant again.
