I was just diagnosed a month ago so this has been quite the learning curve. Both of you validated and taught me so much. It really helps to hear that how I feel is similar to others and reassures me that what I know so far is right. I am learning how to listen to my body before it screams at me. Thanks to both of you!

Had a close bereavement.. having to sell my horse as i dont have the energy to look after her..I think both issues have dragged me down to feeling so low. So fed up with my body. Not being able to do what i want. Having so many bad days..Feeling useless. Life has lost it joy right now....I should be excercising. But i am too tired...And i must sort my diet out. ❤❤❤❤❤
I finally got my diagnosis, they diagnosed me with secondary Addison's diesease. They say it's due from my pituitary gland. I've been so sick last couple of weeks and I've swollen up everywhere, doctor thinks it's the hydrocortisone causing me to retain fluid on me, it's so bad, I have 15 pounds or more fluid on me right now. Have you all experienced this swelling symptom as if so, is this symptom gonna be something I'll have to constantly deal with?

@@JennaStephens-s7c i swelled up too on hydrocortisone. Had really nasty side effects for 3 months. Then my body settled down. I hope yours does too.xxx
Yes i have those bad days too. When i cant do anything. Zero energy. Feel like a zombie. Brain and body just not working. The lights are on but theres nobody home...someone pulled the plug out...!! I still dont feel my dose of HC is right??? Keep plodding on...
