Every situation in life can possibly lead to a life threatening adrenal crisis for someone living with adrenal insufficiency.
Although I was always 'prepared' my recent experience with a last minute surgery on a dislocated thumb left some room for improvement.
We need to be prepared for ourselves and our advocates. Emergency situations can be scary and stressful. Minimum your stress and be as prepared as possible.
I share with you my NEW and IMPROVED hospital bag and how I will be prepared for the next emergency with Addison's Disease.
I hope this inspires YOU with your emergency preparedness and ease your stress when a situation arises.
Please comment below anything you have in your emergency bags to help others and save lives.

Hi Jill! I added headphones to my hospital bag because the noises in the hospital can be stressful so being able to listen to some calming music or guided meditations can be very helpful for me.
