I just bought the xr ultra and it will not charge. The charger will not fit into the port. It appears it is not going in fully and making contact. I unscrewed the port and it looks like the receiving pin was put in too short for the charger to make full contact this it won't charge.. I cannot replace the port bc it is sautered to the wire so how can I replace? Can you replace the whole charging box? I called gotrax and just get a message to email them which I did and haven't gotten a response as of one week now. My daughter saved from her job for 4 months to buy this and it's less than 60 days old and now is useless without replacement parts and noone answers their emails or calls.
Hello, I have the GOTRAX Apex Pro and I broke the brake. I got a new one and attached it, but I got the E2 Error. The wheel spins freely, but the scooter won’t move if I press the button. What should I do now?
Have a gxl v2, 25e code and the head light doesn’t work. I emailed support months ago and yet have never heard anything back, plus the console has never been in stock since. So am I going to have to switch to a more reliable scooter?
gtx v2 got 22 on the screen and wont move but the light on the front is constantly on although dul its always on any ideas ? the wheels spin freely nothing locked up

can you please help me I have an xr elite and when I'm riding it for a little it always shut off then I had to run with it and hold the power button and it finally turned back on but it was dead when it was at full battery and should 30e for a code on the little screen do you know what that means or how I can fix it?
I have one that is 2 months old. But now suddenly it won’t turn on. Seems to have a full charge, but the led panel just flashes for a sec then goes black again.

Hey Man, I got a GoTrack like 2 month ago. I was riding it down a hill and it suddenly shut down. I though the battery died, but when I plug it in it doesn't charge nor turn on. Can you help me out ?

i have the g4 scooter and every time i go full throttle it starts beeping and wont accelerate at all. it just shuts down. whats wrong with it?! please help
This video seems a little suspect. If you zoom in you can see that The rear wheel is not the drive wheel and someone is simply holding the handbrake which is not letting the wheel spin freely.
Yes mine says e22 as well. I was riding to work n outta no where it stops. I'm so damn sad I pay 190 a week to get back and forth to work n I paid 0 when I had my scooter that was the who reason I bout it. And I love it.
Yes. I took the panel off and it looks like they installed the pin too short and the charger isn't making contact. There's no way to lengthen it bc it's soldered onto the wire so you would have to replace the whole charging port box thing somehow. I am trying to get help with the same thing. Just get email with no response. 🤬

I hear nothing but bad reviews about gotrax with battery and charging errors there is a video about a guy that got 5miles the 1st week he got it now he can only get one mile before he has to charge again

Well mines was working fine for about two months. Worked well yesterday morning , I put it on charger all night then this morning it wont cut on🤦. My back wheel does roll. Now I didn't take it apart, I want to least get a feed back from u first Plz?

I got my shit on valentines day and its already making noises and everytime my battery drops to 2 bars it will instantly go to 1 bar and blink like tf ive probably rode it for like not even 10 miles and its already fucking up
I recently ordered 2 scooters and first thing with the first one I opened, did t have the right charger. One I realized that it was kinda disappointing that you guys send out product that not working neither of the scooter work. They don't charger and they don't turn on with out the charger being plugged in. This is not what I expect nor will I want to keep them if you guys sold me non working scooters.
First of all, on the go trax the motor is in the front wheel and not the back. 2nd, you're definitely spinning the back wheel but looking at you're back wheel, I noticed that is not the wheel where your motor is. So why are you confusing people?
They're not going to answer any of your questions here basically they're going to say go check out our facts and question page on this link I bought three of them for my family all three of them stopped working in a very short time absolute garbage $400 a piece from Costco didn't even last 5 months
