World Vision Eswatini’s National Director, Tinah Mukunda, gathered with other partners for a sod-cutting event held at Mpaka High School to announce a gracious E3.5m donation the organisation has received from a gracious donor. This endowment will help children of Refugees and Asylum Seekers access quality education.
This benefaction is intended to:
-build 8 classrooms with fully equipped furniture for the teachers; 4 for Mpaka High School and 4 for Malindza Central Primary School;
-a kitchen for Malindza Central Primary School;
-Labs for both schools;
-400 desks for each school and,
-400 chairs for each school
“Not only will this money just benefit the children from the Malindza Refugees Reception Centre, it is also going to help children from the community of Mpaka going to these schools”, Zanele Mlambo, Commissioner of Refugees added.
World Vision is sharing hope and God's love by providing food, clean water, healthcare, safe places and quality education for children of refugees and displaced families.
