Keep the content rolling brotha! And quick question I’ve had since the cb project, when you do your custom brake lines do you get em by the stick or by the roll? And if you get it by the roll what is your method for straightening it out before making your custom lines?
Hey dude love your vids, I’m building my first engine right now and I randomly found your channel and I’m actually doing a similar cb7 accord build. I have a 1990 EX sedan and I’m throwing in a F23a4 block with f22a6 head (with stock f22a6 intake manifold) I’m still collecting parts and everything but something I’m wondering is what you did for mounting the engine? From what I’ve read in forms the f22 engine mounts don’t fully line up with all the mounting positions on the f23 blocks. What did you end of up doing for that? As of now I’m just needing to get my car running as a daily driver after I blew the motor in November. I can always ghetto mount the engine for a bit with 2/3 holes on each mount attached so I can just use a pair of oem f22a6 mounts to at least get the car running. Any info would help a lot.
your f22 head will line up on the f23 block if that’s what you’re asking… if you’re asking about mounting to a cb7. I would just use an f22 driver side bracket on the f23 block that way you can just use a cb7 driver side mount. From there it depends what transmission you’re running, the rear mount will be the same for both but for the trans mounts f22 trans run f22 mount - h22 trans run h22 mount
