1999 BMW E36 M3 2475 lbs with half tank no driver. Stock S52, no aero, narrow body and 245 Hoosier A7 (3rd event) with stock gearing (3.23). Managed first place but had my work cutout since everyone else was running fast times. Second session, track conditions were getting worse and tires were falling off so I had to push as hard as possible in 8 through 9 and give maximum commitment to not lifting. Was a big risk but paid off, this time! With fresh tires there is an easy 28' in the car.
