Karbonius is a higher quality weave and finish….so you don’t really need to buy an OEM as you guys kept mentioning. Turner is good nonetheless but side by side the fit and finish of the karbonius is essentially better than OEM
Karbonius is far more superior then any of the others on the market everything else is of a lesser quality shall we say 😉 Or doesn’t fit as it’s supposed to And am I right in thinking.? Correct me if I’m wrongly or wrongly mistaken Does the turner box? Allow you to put your original strut brace back on without in not fitting correctly with the original bmw strut brace ? Glad to see these E46 classics STILL going strong in the BMW community. I myself have 2 2003 LSB M3s one unfortunately took a terrible crash from aware driver hitting me. So it became my parts car for the current same year LSB that I have now. VF kit stage 3+ on E85, just ordered the SS full race exhaust with step headers.. can’t wait to hear that rawnesses sound. My last LSB VF had AA Gen 4 exhaust on a SS mid pipe.. sound was definitely unique.
Pretty much only the US gets the raspy M3, over there one of the 2 mid section pipes is missing a resonator, where as everywhere else both pipes are resonated. I personally prefer less rasp because I find rasp a bit harsh on the ears and bmws do actually have a really nice sound behind the rasp. Best exhaust I've heard is the el diablo by far
I’ve never heard anyone pronounce Vanos: “vane owes”. I’ve owned seven BMWs over 26 years, worked as a manager at a BMW store for a decade and went on numerous BMW ride and drives. No one has ever called it that. No mechanic working at my dealer has ever called it that. It’s “van ohs”.

CSL King Pins, CSL Sway bars front and back. Custom Recaro CF Pole Positions in leather and alcantara and yellow stitching and CS logo in headrest 👌🏼 No rear seats and custom delete made in alcantara. ( soon will get a yellow half cage ) Brembo 6 pots upfront with 390mm Brembo Rotors Brembo 4 pots up back with 360mm* Brembo rotors ( can’t remember exact size but I know they’re the biggest ) And the BBK is in yellow! All the OEM CSL exterior mods like Bootlid, Rear Diffuser, OE front Splitters because I like the stock front bar better, and I even have the CSL CF Roof! CSL Armrest delete Custom yellow stitching on alcantara steering wheel and alcantara shift boot. And there’s a million other things I am forgetting! But it’s an absolutely immaculate car with 60k miles for you Americans. Owned for 6 years and never had a problem. I am also contemplating upgrading to a F80 M3 CS or F82 M4 GTS or lastly the new G82 M4 CSL :/ Please help with advice here because they are all amazing cars as my fellow ///M brothers know, but I just don’t know if I can part with my E46 CS I absolutely love it and wanted one since I first seen one when I was 9 in 2001! But these new Ms ate just something else! Yes I lose a lot selling the 46 but you gain something completely different with the new models! Please help !?!? @@PaspaProductions yes you can get CSL tune but adapted for stock M3 headers, but only if you install MAP sensor, not purely alpha-n with just intake temperature sensor.
How's the TMS Airbox holding up? Heard a lot of horror stories on this CSL box. The two airboxes that are usually recommended are Karbonius and Geoff Steel V2.

How did you get that RE strut tower X brace with the Turner Motor Sport CSL intake back on I called ECSTuning.com and spoke to Eric tech support, I ordered a Turner Motor Sport CSL intake and a RE strut X brace, My RE strut X trace and or OEM strut tower will NOT go back on without hitting the CSL intake. Kassel Performance ECU firmware CSL with full Super Sprint race exhaust tune.
