The E46 ZHP was a unique option package offered for the 2003 to 2005 3-series BMW’s. Bmw included a host of tasteful modifications that improved the performance of these cars, and only a very limited number were produced. This rarity has helped it retain more value than e46’s without this package and bumped its value into E46 M3 territory. So is the E46 ZHP worth its price compared to an E46 M3?
