Would now be a good time to mention that a fully built Pebbles is the strongest 4-star DPS in the game, and outperforms the majority of the 5-stars? Cause she is, and she does. Build Pebbles, people. She'll eat all your skill points, ruin all your pulls, and also kill everything within a twenty kilometer radius.
