To attract any women is easy, just be a man. Get ur situation worked out work on yourself and the deal is done. Islam is the perfect way to develop yourself just have some discipline, goals and control over your passions
Somali/Yemeni born in Canada, I've trained in Jujitsu, Muay thai, and wrestling for 12 years and hunt, alhamdulilah thank you for the discussion brothers.
MashaAllah, great conversations. So many gems of knowledge. We need people like Shaykh Abdullah to guide young men instead of “red pill” people. May Allah guide us all ameen 🤲🏽 Thank you Br Ansari for this great work. May Allah bless you and your family
Thanks for the insightful discussion. For all my sisters out there, I believe talks about masculinity do not only teach us what to look for in a husband, but also what values we should seed in our children. It is also the duty of the muslim mother to get educated on these topics in order to raise our children and next generations of this Ummah on the right islamic values. May Allah guide us to useful knowledge. اللهم انفعنا بما علمتنا و علمنا ما ينفعنا.
Should you not understand WOMEN instead of dismissing women. No efforts is made to connect with women who are much more evolved. It makes zero sense for women to dumb themselves down for men, it’s unnatural. This is why we’re in this mess in the first place.
As a Sub and fan of this channel it really bugs me that as a host you dont shed lights on the struggles and challenges of fellow muslims in AFRICA like you do for Palestanians and the middle east. Its hypocritical of you to be biased when it comes to your fellow humans, the life of those muslims in those countries are as valid and equal as of thodse in Palestine....
Salaam aleykoum brother, as a African muslim myself I hear your frustration but try to give the host decent naseeha as we should. Maybe he is not aware or biased. It’s a human thing. Write him an email about out African brothers and sisters. Maybe he can invite someone to talk with about the struggles they are facing.
I’ve met many Muslims and all say that they thought I was Muslim by the way o look and behave. I even lived in a couple Muslim countries and until they found out I wasn’t, I was treated like just another local.
So… when are you becoming Muslim Your external form is already there SubhanAllah… don’t forget we have the next life to face … become Muslim InshaAllah
Within my family circle daughters were sent to work to become the financial breadwinners & retirement fund for the parents. Leading to social oppression some forced culture marriages to keep the money within the family While the sons money went towards themselves boys only vacations expensive cars, clothes lavish bachelor lifestyle Parents/ sisters took care of all the adult responsibilities groceries bills rent cooking cleaning maintainer of the family home This plan backfired on the brothers now they have choose to marry they expect the wife to cover the mens Islamic rights work provide ect additional to doing the house chores All by themselves juts like mom/ sisters did The brothers are going through domestic issues in there marriages all because parents never taught the how to be man and take responsibility within Islamic law Making them feminine childish and completely disrespectful
This is antithetical to core Islamic values and practice. The women’s money is her own. Do Pakistani people not go to learn deen at madressa or are there no taleem lessons for women to empower themselves and learn Hadith?
@@napez4126 the south eastern Muslims worship cultural traditions of what I’ve witnessed. Part time seasonal Muslims When it comes to money or inheritance there greed over takes religious rules Oppressing women is normal told to suffer in silence or they get threatened with abuse or divorce or exile from the family
I was doing mma, and I torn both of my knees, and strained my back, it’s a spiritual mental and physical struggle wlh I needed to watch this, but I needed the injury cause I found out things about myself that I had no clue about, and eventually straightening me
As a Muslim woman, I see feminism differently. The main role of woman is indeed more as a wife and mother. However, I don't see that it's wrong when some women choose to be single and focus on career or make money. In this world, there are some women who have unfortunate family members who rely economically, physically, and mentally on them. And these women choose to take care of their existing family members, instead of creating a new one (getting married and having kids). Women cannot have everything.
Muslim men who blame this on feminism have clearly never read a proper islamic book. Khadijah herself supported her entire family. She was lucky enough to be that rich. Most of us aren't. These men have one rule for themselves and another rule for us.
31:36, it reminds me just how contradicting between the concept of 'Age of Consent' & 'rights to alter one body'(Or Something like that) when both of them require Maturity & 'Big Brain Power' in Decision Making Process, also Severe/Significant consequences that comes from it.
As soon as he starts defending Tate, while not "defending" Tate, I'm turning this off. Keep spreading that toxic masculinity and you'll destroy the Ummah faster than any external forces ever could.
To the point about failure in sports. I played very physical sports like boxing and football. I struggled with spirituality because I went through a period of constant failure. Never struggled spiritually more. Never heard someone talk about this. MashAllah great pod.
You found yourself a new subscriber! I always enjoy Sh.Abdullah Oduro's conversations and I truly enjoyed this conversation. May Allah bless you and your team for the work you're doing. JAK.
I won’t defend feminism and that meaning needs to be broken down with context. But islamkcally, husbands and wives are a team. There’s a whole generation of trauma where men weren’t taught to help women at home and the women were assimilated into men’s responsibilities too. Then the whole Islamic courting is so misunderstood because so many south Asian parents don’t let the spouses get to properly talk to each other and understand their preferences. Islam is liberating but culture holds us back big time.
Never gonna happen. It was narrated from ‘Awf bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) said: “The Jews split into seventy-one sects, one of which will be in Paradise and seventy in Hell. The Christians split into seventy-two sects, seventy-one of which will be in Hell and one in Paradise. I swear by the One Whose Hand is the soul of Muhammad, my nation will split into seventy-three sects, one of which will be in Paradise and seventy-two in Hell.” It was said: “O Messenger of Allah, who are they?” He said: “The main body.” Sunan Ibn Majah 3992
May Allah bless you both and all the Muslim Men who really live this way. I have not been blessed with men in family (for generations ) that are both religiously practise Muslims and good men
34:00 what's this wahhabi garbage. North America is not a Christian country anymore lol . You'll have a good dame atheist slaughter your animal lol.... they are not even close to being people of the book just because they live in North America.... give your head a shake. God dame salafi
I need an explanation on this too from Sheikh Abdullah and Yaqeen because it was left unclear. I’m more for the zabiyah halal way as I see that as a complete process for halal meat preparation. Plus halal meat stores are common so why would you go zabiyah only?
I totally disagree with my brother. Womanly things are not natural. The older woman have always been teachers of the younger woman. There are Muslim women out here who make that very point. I agree with everything else but that point. Being a man and a woman must be taught. That is different than being a male and a female.
This is my first year practicing Ramadan. Last summer I decided to start reading Quran (English version). The more I learn, the closer I feel to Allah. I want to be around a community of Muslims to strengthen my iman. I want to check out a masjid but for some reason I feel so intimidated to go to one. Any tips? Any encouragement is really appreciated. Alhamduililah 🙏
Salaam, maybe I’d recommend going to dhuhr salah (not many people generally do to work) and fajr on the weekday as people will go to work after. Going to Isha prayer generally has bigger crowds at places and on the weekends (Friday and Saturday). Depending on the community, some mosque are open outside of prayer, you could go to do Sunnah salah there/read just to get more comfortable being there. Look online if they have any group chat, there’s generally brothers/sisters/youth group but sometimes the WhatsApp’s QR codes are only posted at the mosque. Mosque generally have halaqah programs and courses throughout the week you can also join (mostly free!) Pray this helps!
I need an advise a non Muslim would like to marry a Muslim sister so he accept converting to islam the sister is happy but worried what if someday after years of marriage he covert back to his religion there would be no way to back off cause kids would be involve so what advise can anyone give to guarantee this guys conversion as an intention but not for the woman purposely or love cause it might fade away we don’t know?
@theansaripodcast can you please clarify Sheikh Abdullah’s stance on zabiyah vs halal and yours? I’ve been taught zabiyah halal meat only , no exceptions. But it sounded like from what you said about halal, you define it as no pork plus non halal meat like fast food meat like Chick Filet? I’m genuinely asking because there is are Hadiths and sayings from the companions also saying if you want your prayers to come true, take care of your diet. I cringe at vanilla extract too because it has alcohol in it. I didn’t catch a complete explanation from Sheikh Abdullah or you .
I would love to see Amjad Tarsin in your podcast inshAllah. He’s a host of “ SoulFood” podcast and it’s the best podcast I’ve listened to. He delivers religion in a beautiful way❤
just watched that khalid yassin clip that was recommended and as a muslim i gotta say this is a very old and very misguided argument that comes from a utter mistunderstanding of basic scientific concepts. "something exists and is complex therefore god". completely illogical and a gross simplification of the processes that god works through. probably also an evolution denier which you can only be if you never genuinely educated yourself on the factual theory of evolution. when you deny a true fact of gods method that is 100% proven on the basis of ignorance, you might as well deny god himself. i also believe that it misconstrues the meaning of the quran verse, which is referring to those signs being present in the inner aspects of things, not in the outer superficial complexity that that guy misunderstands. this is an attempt to argue in semi scientific terms and with faulty "logic" to prove something that can only be perceived through faith, someone who has faith will see gods light absolutely everwhere, but something merely existing and being complex in absolutely no way logically necessitates god. the attempt to mix metaphyiscal and metaphorical sight with evidence based science can never succeed and will only result in the dilution of both.
It's becoming hard, but nonetheless we are men and must work hard. There is no other option, even animals have to work (hunt). I will say to my brothers, please be careful, especially if you life in the west. You must KNOW and find out about the woman you want to marry. None of us are perfect, but stay close on your deen, work hard, stop the stupid spending on meaningless things and Allah will guide us.
But I will say I feel the same way about men too. I’m finding men that don’t save themselves for marriage but will reject a practicing Muslim woman and look down on her with no hijab. Understand the Muslim woman’s perspective too in the west.
Peace and blessings on y'all brothers. A great interview right here, so much to learn just listening to this. Assalamualaikum and greetings from Chicago
Brother He spoke about prophet Muhammad before they brought Tate up. He told us to follow the guidelines of the honorable prophet Muhammad because he left the footsteps here for man in all areas of one’s life Inshallah 🤲🏽
@@eltrippy3988You did not listen from the beginning (probably distracted) or you are intentionally trying to start a fitnah. Either way your comment is in error and not true.
What happened to sitting respectfully and interacting. Yaqeen does that with the women speakers. Come on folks . It would be great to get her perspective .
Not really, have this Pakistani friends cousin, who’s Pakistani wife from Islamabad turned out to be a big time cheater and married his cousin for the papers.
