That seems Fair. When I got hacked back in late October I got Stolen 2 MIL and whole club got discarded. I explained everything to EA and After a couple of days they banned me from the FUT market because I was selling coins. Pure madness
Last year EA banned me from Ultimate because of suspicious log in activity, they unbanned me 2 days later and admitted they were wrong, then I logged back on and saw that my club was deleted and I had to start over, I opened a case and got nothing back whatsoever. Great company!

You would get nothing sir, Last year it happened to me, 3 mil worth of coins and 2 mil worth of players, Had everything documented and proved it to them, 6 weeks later I get 300k back and no players that’s it, they said they can’t just gift me the players back even as untradeables and they can’t give me all of the money back either as the hacker had transferred them
So I’ve had the same situation except it wasn’t just me Ea account it my Xbox account I’m getting 0 compensation 0 refunds nothing atal I’d every loan sbc done because of friendlys and everything I hadn’t missed an sbc this fifa yet the last week I’ve missed everything because my account got hacked last week so literally given up on gaming and games companies because of how poorly we get treated unless you’ve contact like nick does or companies see value in you your just another statistic another digit on there paycheck and it’s vile and disgusting so fr me personally gaming is dead and it just won’t ever be the same hackers ruin everything honestly I wish they didn’t exist like there mams swallowed them instead the world would be a better place without them
Wouldn't do it for a regular player, no matter how much they spent on the game.. But because its you they have gifted you stuff back. We're under no illusions. If you wasn't a streamer and didn't have the fan base you had you'd still be waiting months for them to then say nope.
Had my account hacked also, first team and vast majority of club sold. Consistently tried contacting EA Help but they just said there was no evidence of “suspicious activity) like talking to a brick wall… :/

I also got hacked but they didnt help me out because apparently all transactions came from a "trusted device" i dont know whether to quit playing or not. mbappe george best and zola and any good player in my team gone. all tradeable players. gone. i suppose you have to have a big name and to be able to influence the community if you want to get ur stuff back.
I see this and it angers me, not because you got all the stuff, that's fine with me but just knowing there are several thousands of people not in the spotlight that have lost Millions and got nothing back just frustrates me

I was hacked in a very similar way. But without being a fifa influencer it’s impossible to get in genuine contact with eahelp to get everything back. Very frustrating, classic ea.
I randomly logged in the other day (took a video of anyone is interested) And find 32, yes THIRTY TWO, Jumbo Premium Player packs, in ‘My Packs’ folder With that standard EA message “due to problems you’ve been having with your account you’ve been granted items blah blah” I had no support case with EA, nothing. Then I go get paranoid they’ll notice and strip them from my account, and waste them on headliners instead of keeping them all for TOTY /rip
Earlier on in the year around mid October I had 1.8mil coins and a team worth 1.5 mil I was hacked and all my players were sold and all the coins gone into packs went to ea help and they did nothing about it.
All good for a RU-vidr. For me this happens ed last year and all I got was a transfer ban on my account with no refund of coins or players. Just goes to show they favour the youtubers who promote their game. Not a dig at you personally Nick but it is frustrating.

Makes me sick watching this, my account was hacked lost all my players value around 40 mil, including R9, Zidane, Maldini, Maradona, Pele, list goes on, plus all my other TOTY, TOTS players. EA said someone had logged on with my password and they could do nothing about it and their system was not hackable. EA you are a fucking disgrace, I am so glad you will no longer have rights to FIFA

EA SPORTS only help the streamers, I only got my account back today after being hacked and losing my players. All ea done was give me 600k to buy them back.

I got hacked and asked for help and EA delay my case whole month and eventually banned me cause they did not want to help me. I am very dissapointed in this company.
Why wont ea do this with hacking: if you seriously forget your password, the only way you can get that password is that you log in with your bank account details and you're own codes to verify that it is really you
This so unfair EA is always biased. Last year got banned from transfer market without a reason but to famous streamers but yeah that's how the world works nowadays
And yet when I was hacked last year they took 3 weeks to even bother looking at my case to then do nothing seems like they only care about people with subs or high profile people

Wish I got this help. On Fifa 20 I literally didn’t play the game anymore after being hacked because EA transfer banned me so I couldn’t even play the game and was talking to them for over 2 months back and forth and only had a limited amount of attempts of investigation apparently to determine whether it was justified or not and they said it was justified. I kept the fight going and refused to give up and eventually got unbanned but only received 800k back after I had a squad of over 2.5 mil of players taken and around 4 mil worth of fodder/ coins taken too. So I just gave up that year. Actually feel ashamed to still be playing this bullshit.
