Yeah but who’s gonna complain about that lol… Also in Jagrs case I think that’s a good situation to give him another MSP… His last MSP was an unusable 87 overall lmao, So a 96 Jagr is 100% welcome and he’s basically end game like you can have him on the team for the rest of the game even if he gets a 99 getting that 99 wouldn’t be worth it because he already has 98 speed and great abilities… What makes me mad about the 96 overalls is they should have 5 silver abilities because X factors and power up icons gets the 5th silver ability at 95 overall…

I honestly don’t really have a problem with this event… Brian Leetch is 100% a head scratcher it makes no sense at all he literally just got one… He had an 87 overall team builder and it was understandable they gave fans of Leetch a 94 overall, But giving him another doesn’t make sense… Jagr makes sense in my opinion his last MSP was a 87 overall and he was unusable pretty quick, This Jagr card is end game and I’m super excited to make him and run some online… I understand the problems people have had with this game I definitely get it I kinda feel the same but I just try to have fun… The gameplay has been really fun for me at least I’m in Division 2 and have been really enjoying the cards I have… EA has given us free MSPs all year and we will most likely be able to make one from this event after we do the objectives and that has made free to play 100% better in NHL 24… I have an absolute God Squad and I haven’t spent a DIME! Look back at NHL 22 😂😂😂😂😂 BRUH that game was fucking pay to win, If you didn’t spend 4 grand on that game you were getting nowhere with your team… That is not the case this year… my friend stopped playing HUT because it was too expensive and now he’s playing again because EA is giving us lots of free cards throughout the game, Yeah sure you have to grind but who cares lmao THATS EVERY GAME!!!! This complete game is a joke especially the gameplay and the presentation especially the presentation in this game is the last joke even Wayne Gretzky nhl 06 for the psp had a better pre game intro presentation than nhl 24
Jagr is 100% understandable because he’s an absolute legend and the last MSP he got was an 87 overall so it’s amazing that players got a Jagr they don’t have to pay 1.4 million coins for lmao… and you know what that’s another reason why I’m okay with EA giving great players multiple MSP cards because now us PLAYERS can get these cards without having to buy them on the auction house for BARE COINS!… the 94 elites Jagr was like 1.2 million coins for a month 🙄🤦🏼♂️… Henreeek always says EA does good when he feels they do good and he calls them out when he feels he needs to call them out that’s fair…. EA shouldn’t have gave Leetch another one because he did just get one, but if a player gets a 87, 88, 89, and EA wants to give a player a 94, 95, or a 96 overall then that’s fine I’m okay with that… like Leetch getting a 87 team builder and then getting a 94 MSP is perfectly okay but he does not need another one because his 94 is an end game card already… Jagr getting one if good and now he shouldn’t get another one… players should only get MAX 2 special cards TOTY, TOTS, MSP or Team Builder… if they get 2 of those then that’s fine any more then that’s dumb… and it should be spread out like the Jagr was….

Here’s my two cents being a Rangers fan, second year playing HUT. So I downgrade the 94 leech loose a ton of power ups to get the new one (enjoyed doing that) *sarcasm. Why wouldn’t you set some kind of theme up it’s the playoffs I much rather see them use guys that have great Stanley cup playoff runs, would make sense right. Just using this as an example though you have messier power up icon stuck at a 93ov I haven’t had him in my lineup because his speed is still stuck in the low 90’s. Doesn’t make any sense. Why no complain though really all of us that play this game hardcore and legit fans of hockey. They should have all the top 6 forwards and at a minimum top two defenseman upgradeable throughout the year. I can’t be the only guy that wouldn’t think this is a good idea (everyone wants to play with there favorite guys/best players on the team) Every player has up and down season but when you have guys on a team making 6-10mil a year they should all have usable top tier overalls and be accessible. Tired of the “free card” theme “let’s make everyone use the same cards” I made Connor Mcdavid TOTY card this year and I don’t enjoy even using him lol! Objectives= waste of time because now every pack I open sucks not worth grinding for packs. Last two weeks I get ultimate rewards for rivals… yeah 86 best pull wtf is that lol.
I have no problem with it, will make Jagr and Leetch. I don’t complain bout what EA does I just take what they give us and go with it. Its there game there gonna do what they want not what a lot of us players want so complaining bout what they do isn’t gonna change nothing.

This game has been very disappointing for the most part some of the cards are good I love the tots n toty cards tho just idk lol plus feels like when you're winning n having fun the game makes you lose when you're doing really good
