The fact 99 Ronaldo is in packs makes futties an L. The best part about last year was getting 98/99 rated Salahs and Neymars etc. If we arent getting those sbcs then futties is just dead
Yay another 15 million coin card I'll never get to use. The best part of futties was you could grind and get those 99 rated cards. But if they're put into packs then it's just the same as every other promo. So yes they did ruin futties.
Nep, not everyone can afford to pay for a CR7 futties from the market. If they released him in sbc form for 20 squads it would annoying but at least the option is there. The chances of packing him are slim to none for most of us.
I am hoping for dupe theory if it works when you have his gold. Though hoped for the same with his toty moments and that worked out terribly. I lowered my expectations of packing anything good months ago and I get what I get. Not been playing much for months anyway, in large due to things like cup modes and bad pack weight. I want to be playing and getting rewards for something thats fun, this year more than ever has just felt like a chore. EA are just ultimately skilled in sucking the life out of a game and its gamers and somehow having the ability to make it far worse than it was before. As they say practice makes perfect….

in my opinion, the biggest difference between this year and last year was shapeshifters. last year it was INSANE, and we also had better fodder in packs last year when futties came out. don’t think i’ll be playing this game until 85x10 tbh, only card i really care about is cr7 and he’s basically unpackable
No summer swaps,no 85+ 10s(atleast for now),no high rated player picks, futties cards in packs,no totys in batch 1. This company somehow never fails to disappoint
See the issue with Best Of being in packs is it floods packs with lower rated cards so the higher rated ones are even harder to obtain. In an 85+x10 you at least a chance of obtaining a 90+ rated special card. Now its just going to be 86/87 WW, Centurions, Rulebreakers etc. Its all good that there's more cards so less chance of dupes, but not a single one even piques interest
@@liltinkle8579 how is it plain wrong? Genuinely curious, because if I am then I want to know where I'm wrong with it. The logic is this. There are currently 13 87 rated gold players in the game. They've now re-released 18 more 87 rated players, thus increasing the chance of getting 87's. Now you might say they've released other high rated elite level players too, which is true. But what is also true is that pack weight is skewed towards lower rated cards. So in an 85x10 you're more likely to pack 85/86/87 rated cards, but have a chance of something decent because there's not as many cards in that range. Now that they've released more, pack weight will be just as low, but with more low tier cards to fill out the pack, thus leaving less chance of packing a higher rated card
@@adam_9722 the cards added into packs don’t change the percent of packing special cards it only changes the percent of getting gold cards because if a card gets a special card put into packs then their gold card is taken out
@@liltinkle8579 I'm actually stupid, I never even considered the fact their gold card is taken out😂 surely it still applies to a slightly lesser extent though no? Like if we go back to the 87 example, there's only a handful that have special cards in packs now, so there's still around 25 87 rated cards now compared to 13 before. And considering pack odds always give you a % chance of packing a special card rather than say a 90+ special card, surely that would mean the chance of packing more 86/87 rated special cards is still higher than before... Do you see where I'm coming from?
They’ve ruined Futties by putting players in packs for money which I would be fine with, but they took away the summer swaps from last year so it’s super hard to get them anyway. EA is impressive. I didn’t know there was a way to ruin Futties, but they found out a way. Fair play EA, chasing money as always
Watch them make the repeatable 85x10 be a whole 3 segment instead of 1 with a 85 then 87 and 88 rated squad with some dead gold and premium gold packs all untradeable 😂
Even if they release the same amount of sbcs and objs, if the cards in packs are expensive and good it makes the game more pay to win. There hasnt been a genuinly top teir sbc player in a long time but theres one in packs every week.

This is formatted for you to buy more packs. For example, if you want to complete Son sbc, you will have to either buy players on the market or buy those 93+ packs, which I bet will be released soon. The best of team 1 is so bad that does not even give you high rated fodders.
The best of cards are trash, the fodder isn’t even high enough to complete cards like son, futties being in packs is horrible. You could craft these but them being in packs. Good luck even packing gedson. Horrible that EA thought this was a good idea
Other than the free vini jr and maybe jota, I don't care about futties, nep has his opinion but I personally disagree. Yes we can grind out vini jr,son,jota but if we have little to no chance of packing the best cards when it was THE sbc promo, its EA testing us to see who is gullable enough to waste money on packs
Am I the only who doesn't like having sooo many players with almost perfect stats and 5* 5*? It used to be something special, fifa 15 was only neymar and one other player with double 5* but now there is tens of them, also not even totys had 99 stats and now they're a dime a dozen

Are people just forgetting what futties always gave us ? This is 1000% a big L if ea is putting the best futties in packs it just means we can’t get them for example last year we had neymar,saint,barella, etc all in SBC which you can easy do just by getting fodda your telling me I’m gonna afford 3 mil 5 mil etc for a card at this stage of fifa. It’s a joke what ea are doing … they trynna get every penny from people by putting the futties in packs. Worst futties ever in my opinion.
Absolute disgrace! Been doing every value sbc and obj to save special card non dup fodder without doing any gamble sbcs waiting for futties, for EA to put them in packs!!! Im out
Nearly all the cards in batch 1 are all fodder, but if we remember last year, a lot of the futties sbc's required squads of 3 FUT Birthdays, 4 FUT Captains and stuff like that, so im HOPING it's all just building fodder for the premium sbc's later
The part of it being in packs is EA limit the amount of futties people have and before people could choose to complete the SBC and most people had loads of futties it’s July let everyone have their favorite players

Well if this is the first time they are put into packs then we all know why. Greed. EA are absolutely trying to milk everybody for as much of their money as they can by trying to encourage gamers to buy points and packs to get promo cards. Yes they will do sbcs but I am sure most of the best ones will be requiring high rated sections and several of them at that. Genuinely, everyone would do well to not bother with the next version, save your money and just see what EA actually do in the game for the year before deciding you want to come back if at all. I still think it will be more of the same, bad pack weight and the continuous drive for higher and higher revenues.

i had the most fun grinding the repeatable 10x 85 SBC last year it was just stupid end of the game cycle content. Why can't they just do the same thing this year? everyone loved it
Whats point of "Best Of" when all cards in packs are 86-85-87 and just un usable cards and futties cards in packs are such a L and Ea just want money in july and august
The player pick requires a card that is impossible to get cheap on the market and the SBC is only once daily but the pick is repeatable how does that make sense ?, also probably like majority of the community you didn’t pull any good fodder just because it’s a special doesn’t mean it’s good this promo is a L so far
