Dumb dupes ofc. Icon picks are rubbish just spouts nedvedv, xavi/xabi or other 93-95 icons. 84x 10 just literally prints dupe promo cards and ur in an endless cycle of doing SBCs just to get more dupes
There is an infinite grind but the top tier futties cards are unpackable as are the top promo cards in the 92+ Feels like banging my head against a brick wall repeating the same process for ages and ages to see malacia and zaha and then maybe a dani olmo in the pick.
@@skysoon746 well not every pack but if you're doing 25 to 50 of the 92+ pp then you'd expect a little something to show for it? It took me 27 pp to get my first win from the 92+ picks.
@@skysoon746 Im thousands of picks/packs in this grind since futties started. The most expensive card I have got is Alaba and he goes nowhere near my team. Top cards are not hard to get they are literally almost impossible. I do rivals and champs weekly as well.

Agreed. It doesn’t make sense to gate keep the game anymore from people getting 99 rated cards so it’s seen as “fair”. Everyone’s team is cracked if you play FC a reasonable amount of time. They should have the Futties and GOTG picks by nation or league so you can get the cards you’re really after and let people make their “ultimate team” and enjoy what’s left of the game.

Nep is the epitome of what's wrong with this community, either complaining that players aren't obtainable or EA aren't giving enough, as soon as they make things more obtainable with better upgrade packs, constantly releasing new players to try for cheap(for the most part) give a good friendly game mode then guess what it's too easy and boring and EA are wrong for giving what people are asking for, it's the same every year for these type of people and guess what if he started with all players at a lower base people would complain they aren't good enough
E.A. should implement a playable objective where the requirement is 5 wins with a full team of icons, or a full euro or copa team, or futties cards. After the 5 wins with one of the teams, you'll recieve a guaranteed 1 of 4 or 5 95+ player pick, with the icons, tournament or futties cards respectively. Oh, and make the 5 win threshold repeatable, with the golden goal modifier on.
@swd4098 my God I've been saying this since the start of the year, for every promo have a repeatable milestone where you complete objectives with cards from a promo for player picks, gives value to these cards and also give a repeatable grind aspect to gameplay
Why is everyone having good teams a bad thing? It gives everyone the ability to use the players they want. Which is exactly what ULTIMATE TEAM is about.
If anything it levels the playing field more, not all of us have meta squads like the streamers or the pros, definitely gives a casual player more of a chance to compete. Just wish EA would fix the gameplay and this would be og FIFA which was god tier
Hey Nep, similar boat my man. I’m a United fan and this time of year, especially now with Evo’s, all my fun from the game comes from the United team. There’s been a few good evo’s here & there, but the issue for me anyway is getting those top tier cards. There’s a weird mix where cards like 96 Sancho, Malacia, Eriksen etc. are packable, but pretty poor, & don’t get me wrong I still grind to get them first owner, but the gap to the ELITE cards is impossible. 97 & 99 Ronaldo, the new Cantona & Rio, 97 Vidic etc. are virtually impossible to get 1st owner Though, I also get that if everybody could get 99 CR7 then the game would be essentially pointless. Would love them to do like a Premier League friendly mode where you play with one club, & at the end you unlock an evo to take a Premier League player to like 99 rated, why not?
Soon as you get 99s there’s no reason to grind and people stop playing, they’ll do everything they can to prolong that as much as possible. You’ll get 99 evos about 2 week before the new game I’d imagine
It’s crazy how good Futties was last year, pack weight was unreal 99 sbcs even the high rated 99 cards in packs were packable, this year it is so bad you never pack any of the good ones just the same shit ones over and over again
I got Best yesterday after about 5h grinding and nothing else over 50k price, today I grinded 4h and got Icons: Puyol, Del Piero, Koeman, 95 Couto and 95 Milito... I feel like I spent too much time for something I could've buy with real money probably under £100 ...which is how EA is trying to make you buy fc points...
It feels like EA know there are cards that you want to pack that aren’t even the top tier but never give them anyways. Can’t seem to pack Vidic, Schmeichel or Sir Bobby. I can buy them all comfortably but like u Nep I want them first owner.
There are problem everywhere in the game, obviously. But imo a huge reason for why futties just doesn’t seem that fun for me at least is the pack weight. The top cards in these futties shouldn’t be this hard to pack. It’s August. Year by year and even month by month, Ea just seem to just get stingier and stingier with the drop weight on top tier cards. And the Aerial+ evo is horrible imo. Defenders are the main players that need that but it doesn’t add any defending stats.
Literally hit the nail on the head. I can stop playing this game until the last week and still have an absolutely insane team and club. I’m playing the game literally just to play not progress.
Im so sick of this happening.. I out inform mane into free kick evo and now he's got a Futties card. All year this has been happening when I evo a card then EA a few days later drops a better version of that player.
I’ve done every single one of those icon picks available, and I’ve not seen a single futties icon, not even a Baresi. There isn’t that many more GOTG ones so they’re just hate keeping the futties ones in AUGUST!
Like others have said I put aside three hours to grind today. I have not one top tier futties to show. Opening 84x10 85x5 etc Then hits 6pm and you are offered a 175k Evo. I would say EA have lost the plot but will all the errors and power curve being off all year I'm not sure EA have had the plot with this game
I haven’t played a single game since Futties has started. I log on every day to complete some of the daily SBC’s and that’s it. I don’t even open many packs because there hasn’t been a single (current) Arsenal player in any of the 3 teams. Can’t even compete with my favorite players so why bother
Totally agree. It’s just dead. Doesn’t feel like a “futties” or “summer fifa” time we used to have. Worst futties oat period. No I don’t want the unlimited 85x10’s. And everything in packs. Bcs for me personally that’s when the game really dies. It’s just a race of collecting all the top cards atp. But for the last month it just ain’t fun. At least give good player sbcs that go into the already juiced up team. My team hasn’t changed much bar maybe one or two players at stretch since the start of futties.
I think the new evo actually gives you an additional 4* in skills and weak foot, making any card 5*5*. Not awful considering how easy it is to get coins now a days
What would be really interesting is for nep and a few content creators and subscribers having a real discussion about what they'd like from a game from September to end game and how they'd go about making sure people stay engaged and happy and discussing any issues or flaws what could arise going forward between each stage of their plan, I don't think this would ever happen because then they'd expose themselves even more for the massive hypocrites they all are
@@KC_Runz same. It's not even crappy packs either. I got 87x's 86x's, a bunch of 84x's... so many 89 exchanges... but no reason to open them cause it's useless unless you're aiming at a particular sbc.
Would be nice to just maybe have silver and bronze evos, objectives and rewards for the whole year. Used to love playing silver teams and having silver stars but they had nothing really for it after getting each player Would happily play a silver rivals or even champs maybe if it ran alongside everything else for the year. Just gets so boring having the same cards and multiple variations of them. Evos are one of the best things that could work well with bronze and silver cards and teams. 😊
We know ea can change pack weight for players. Do you think they actually change the weight of players from your club? I’ve packed most the arsenal cards but see you struggle, however I hardly pack any villa specials. Only one I’ve packed is Watkins but it was out of one of the big store packs (paid with coins)
I just have too many cards I want to try, I finally got around to trying futties benzema I packed a week ago. Used him for two games and then I went and packed 99 messi from a 92+ pp. So now I'll probably never use benzema again and he'll just sit in my club. And I was really enjoying the card for those two games.
@@evandipasquale9255 fax I don't have a card like messi obviously but I also got benzema but the new cards like Correa best I have got now I can't really play with benzema because I have too many new cards to try I even have doku 97 musiala 98 in my club and I cant even use them because I have too many cards
The thing is. Yes, there is probably nearly unlimited "exchange" packs, BUT. You will open extremely small ammount of non-gold cards. Like 5-10% of each colection only. fex: Lee Kang In from Thunderstorm colection ? FORGET IT, its not in packs. So you will open same and same and same cards over and over and over and over. Its tedious and imbecil design IMHO. Game is in BAD shape atm.
If you use a 71 rated silver card in one of the evo’s would they perhaps be eligible for this? Then you get a 4 ps+ silver card for the lounge… I haven’t checked, but its an idea?
I did all the picks all the packs and all I get is dupes. Best pick was Schmeichel and the rest are alonsos, xavis and canavaro and i am sick of it. I am a casual gamer and I hate that I spend all this time to do these sbcs and don't get rewarded for even a good card.
Although, to be fair, they must be surprised that people still actually play this tragic game. They just release random evos and random sbc to see how dumb people truly are by playing this game. Not in January, in August!! January should have been the end. People still play in August 😂😂
this is the last month of fc24 why i cant pack pele gullit or r9 ??? also not much of futties packet. wtf?! why game cant be more enjoyable little bit earlier... every single month is grinding to catch up with something... the most enjoyable thing in fc24 is cups and evos.

Compare futties to last fifas futties its shit ur limited to the 84x10s and get 1 85x10 and the futties is bad plus hardly able to pack the top cards plus the fact that best of is full of bad cards and not the top actual players from that promo its the worst ones like how is henderson classed as best of this futties is dead compared to last years
