For me any evo that is specific is an L we need normal ones back the league and card type specific are so unfair on past and present evo team players who don’t support a club from top 5 leagues, it’s dull at this point

Many are saying Man U have had a better season than Arsenal but as a Man U Fan it’s safe to say that it’s better to finish 2nd and be in the champions league than finish 8th and be in the Europa league but I guess it’s the aspect of winning something so that makes the feeling better

Fair opinion. Chelsea fan here. I’d rather have had Arsenal’s season, but at least you have FA Cup and knocked Chelsea out of Europa. The Chelsea loss at the death was a cruel way to lose. Has to be some consolation, I imagine.

As a utd fan, this was a disappointing season. We got lucky to get into Europa. At least our youngsters are showing us some glimpse of a brighter future. Arsenal had a great season to bad they bottled it at the end.

We've had a better season than teams like Liverpool (purely based on standard and expectation) and teams like Newcastle and Chelsea. Spurs and villa maybe not as we were probably expected to finish higher than them. Better season than arsenal and city? Don't make me laugh

Arsenal had a better season than Man U. Same for City over Man U. But Man U beat City today… fair play. That’s football… I was a little surprised watching live that no second look was given to the Haaland penalty claim. I didn’t really see it well enough to know if it was right to stand as called. Decent match though, I suppose. I’m a Chelsea fan, so no obvious bias.

Arsenal have performed better all season but Man United have been objectively more successful season. Much like when Liverpool were beaten to the title by City nearly every year, 2nd is not good enough for the history books and they HAD to win the other trophies for that period to be considered a success. Arsenal are yet to be able to consider themselves a success story this half a decade under Arteta.

@@sherqyanstromain9580 That's all well and good but there's nothing to show for good performances and financial gains if you don't get silverware at the end of it. Manchester United have played some of the worst football the club has seen since the 70's yet they have won major trophies in back to back seasons now and that's what a club of that size considers to be success. If you're the size of Villa or Newcastle, an improvement in performance and qualification for previously unattainable competitions is success but at the top level which both Arsenal and Man Utd call home, silberware is the defining factor when it comes to success.
