Its cool to watch replays in chase cam. I watch my own sometimes because i always drive cockpit with a rig. Its cool to look at the scenery and the background. I never noticed that the mountain in the backgroud is actually where you end up. Maybe its common knowledge if you know Monte Carlo in real life but its interesting to see how they have rendered the whole environment with unreal engine. The graphics can look kinda bland in this game I agree but its cool that its all there in the background and you feel like you are on a journey. Nice driving by the way!!

Right!! I did this run right before the real life SS3 & was crazy to see how similar the conditions were! & Yea i made the same mistake too 🤣 I wouldn’t have been so lucky IRL
Hahah! Yea I actually completed this stage right before watching SS3 live & laughed to myself when I saw a few of them make the same mistake. Crazy how similar the conditions were! Very tricky section on softs.
Superb driving man!! One question tho. Don't you find that on icy roads at super low speeds, like hairpins, it's better to start gaining speed in the second gear, rather than the first? I'm coming off dirt 2.0 and haven't played EA sports wrc yet, but that seemed to work for me much better but maybe I'm wrong I don't think I've ever even tried the first gear on the slow and slippery parts. Would have also loved to see the cockpit view. Great video tho, subbed
Thanks, appreciate the support! It’s always better to keep the rpm’s low to try & gain traction on ice for sure, this particular setup on this car has pretty long gears so 1st gear almost takes me to 50mph. So I could get away with leaving it in 1st. That being said though, this video isn’t the best example to follow for how to take that ice section fast, I made some pretty big mistakes at the end 😅

Best rally game out right now hands down no question and it cost me next to nothing 17.99 lol , this guys a good driver I can't do it with that view for some reason, I have to be in the vehicle so I can see my hands on the wheel wheel I've only had it a week, every rally fan you need to buy this you won't regret it it's almost like the real thing apart from your not risking your life, I just got my 100 mile reward yesterday I think it was, yeah absolutely loving this game, I'm not at this level yet bros flying lol putting a good time down on this run
I jump into cockpit every once in awhile, could probably put down similar, if not equal times if I put in more practice on it. I’ve mainly played 3p view ever since the early DiRT days, more fun for me & also more fun for viewing imo.
