EACC officers arrest businessman while trying to bribe Nairobi governor, Mike Sonko 

Ethics and anti corruption commission detectives today arrested a businessman Praful Kumar with 1 million shillings in cash which they say was allegedly meant to bribe Nairobi governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko for approval of the businessman's hotel in Gigiri Nairobi.
According to the EACC social media accounts and the governor's communication staff, the businessman was arrested at governor Sonko's Kanamai home.
