I was eyeballing this knife on Amazon. Glad you did this review. I'm definitely going to snag this knife. Times are tight and it's nice to get a decent knife for such a low price. Great review 👍
Dude, you just turned me on to a new budget brand, this company seems to be killing it. I have never heard the “cover band” comparison when it comes to clone knives, but thinking on that analogy, it totally fits. I’m have been hesitant to jump in with a clone knife, but your points made me rethink my logic. You can find some great cover band knives from decent less known makers. Thanks for the video, can’t wait to see your Praetorian review, sorry for the long wait.
Glad you enjoyed it! It's a touchy subject for some people, because of how closely people's egos are tied to their hobbies, and certain brands, almost like a sports team kind of relationship... They won't have a problem with a cover brand, or if Apple copies Android features, or if LG uses some technology in a TV that Samsung invented... but when it comes to THEIR BRAND of knife, suddenly such practices are crossing a line? As long as it's not a counterfeit, I don't have a problem with it, probably because I just like knives, and I haven't attached my ego or sense of self worth to a particular brand in order to gain status by proxy... haha
@@SquireSCA so how cheap is the praetorian clone? That was the one you mentioned it truly feels like a $30 knife. I am not one of those that would buy the real one, but would like to have a look-a-like in my collection/rotation. However if it truly is cheap AF, I’ll pass.
