We just had to do it. It's too much fun throwing indoors already, let alone if you have a whole warehouse to throw in. Just a quick, on the go, 9 holes of Glitch battle between me and the new Team MVP player, Eagle McMahon.

I love this.. as a dominant right handed person who went through 4 extensive surgeries on my right arm and 6 months in the ICU, learning lefty seemed a task and where I’m not the best, I make it work! Seeing Eagle play lefty is awesome. Nothing like an amazing video from my 2 favorites!! Thank you both for an amazing video and I’m stoked to see you 2 back together!! Keep em slingin fellas!

Relating to injury, i have been working row machine workouts into my routine and holy cow does it help. I havent had a sore arm or elbow ever since. I feel like my joints and ligaments are more prepared for the impact of disc golf.

2023 I had the tendons in my shoulder re attached, rotar repair and Labrum shave at UCSD with Dr Leek. I have been working out in the pool and I feel great. I never thought I would feel this good. again and I am 57. It's not swimming, I just use movements in the pool 80% and 20 % swimming. Good luck.

I notice from the last 3 videos I've watched with eagle playing lefty. His right arm is just dead weight if he utilized compressing himself inward, he'd probably generate more power out of his left hand throws.

Loving this content, glad to see you guys doing videos again! That warehouse is sweet, but my lord it's so drab in there! I know it's a warehouse but maybe a banner or two in the office areas would bring some life to the place. Reminds me of the apartment I rented for 2 months I never bothered to decorate because I knew I wouldn't be there for long. Did they just move into that place?

Most impressed eagles keeps it 100% lefty by putting lefty too. As a righty who's recently learned lefty I can never make it a full round without switching to righty in c2.
