Edge Of The World, I always recommend to hear anther side of Asami's vocals. Anyone else would ruin this band, she is just the thing they need to separate them from the mass of metal acts out there at the moment, A very wise choice was made the other 4 girls to bring in some different to what you would expect , Asami coming from an R & B background. Genius move girls.
Unfortunately very few reactors react to album tracks. A video is absolutely necessary, otherwise the audience will leave. That's why this fabulous track from 2020 has only been discovered since it was first played live in 2021. There are tracks just as powerful as this one that unfortunately do not have a video. I think for example of "Paranoia" "No time to hesitate" "dystopia symphony" which is a symphonic thrash metal track in English. Or even very catchy tracks like "mastermind 01" or "warning shot". The reactors who became fans along the way took the time to react to these tracks.
At 70 I have never seen or heard anything like it ! 5 talents of this level in the same group is a blessing and not ready to be renewed ! And to finish Haruna kills it as usual !
this song is just amazing. the only song lovebites did in japanese was the song "bravehearted" off The Lovebites EP. The song was later rerecorded in english for there first album. if you want to hear something more symphonic from lovebites the songs "Distopia Symphony" hence the symphony part and "Paranoia" come pretty close and i can tell you that they are 2 of my favorite songs from lovebites, Asamis voice fits those songs beyond perfectly
They have actually played around with symphonic metal. Watch "Edge of the World" if you want to see proof that they could have been a big symphonic metal band. It's a masterpiece.
Midori is usually so relaxed and grinning at the crowd. The intense grimace of concentration on her face shows you just how technically difficult it was to pull that solo off.
LOVEBITES - Set The World On Fire lyrics: The blue moon colors the blaze Stabbing myself with the thunder The predetermined imitation An emotionless and a fearless smile Flowing blood and crimson blade Devastated resolution Heat haze is waving far away Who’s going to be sacrificed? ON FIRE Just like a falling flower ON FIRE Until this body rots away Burning down to the Gates of Hell Distorted madness is sneering Incompetent, cowardly fools A pitiful and painful punishment It’s you who will be sacrificed ON FIRE Dressed in an armor of steel ON FIRE If I’m burned again and again I’ll rise up from the Gates of Hell The blue moon colors blaze Stabbing myself with the thunder The predetermined imitation An emotionless and fearless smile Flowing blood and crimson blade Devastated resolution Heat haze is waving far away Who’s going to be sacrificed? ON FIRE Just like a falling flower ON FIRE Until this body rots away Burning down to the Gates of Hell ----- lyrics: asami music: miyako arrangement: LOVEBITES [miho, haruna, midori, miyako, asami]
Lovebites is always a win for me as they are my current favorite band, my 2nd one is Unlucky Morpheus, independent band from Japan that have been around since 2008, first as a Touhou arrangement cover band and then with their own compositions. if you want to have your head explode, I highly recommend Cadaver/Revadac with sheet music ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_yrNRhIreyE.html there is a video without the sheet but most people need the visual queue to fully comprehend what is happening and even then, some don't notice
Thanks for your reaction.🤘🤘🤘 Aren't they just incredible musicians...each and everyone of them. LOVEBITES RULES 🤘🐺 Thanks for seeing the greatness and talent of MIHO. Usually the rhythm section which is rock solid in the case of Lovebites is ignored and underated . MIHO! 🤘 MIHO! 🤘 MIHO 🤘 🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺
Asami has a wonderful voice for me, I don't care what language she sings in (my english is bad) she only started singing metal when she joined the band, she used to sing soul I advise you to listen to it in Edge Of The World, Set the World on Fire is great but they have at least 30 other great songs these girls are gorgeous!
Why ASAMI sings in English ASAMI previously said: (The words are not accurate, but I don't think the point is wrong.) "In the band, I think I'm a performer who uses the of voice. In LABBITES music, I feel that the English tone fits the song better than the Japanese tone." It is up to the performer to decide what instrument the performer chooses. No one can tell you, "I don't like the tone of your instrument, so you should use another instrument." At least I don't care if a foreign band sings in non-fluent Japanese. If I want to feel the meaning of the lyrics deeply, download the lyrics. from Japan
Several songs have symphonic elements, especially Glory to the World, Swan Song, Edge of the World, and the Awakening (the instrumental intro to Hammer of Wrath). There is a music video to Glory to the World, and live versions of Swan Song (look for the one with the Chopin intro) and The Awakening/Hammer of Wrath. Their most symphonic songs, though, are probably Paranoia and Dystopia Symphony, from the Glory, Glory to the World EP, which do not yet have live or video versions. The original EP version of Bravehearted, which is pure power metal, is the only song she sings in Japanese, but the live version, as well as the version they re-recorded for the full-length debut album, are in English.
Greeting Sir! My today's suggestion is a brand new song entitled "Here Comes The Storm", from the French Canadian Black Metal project named "Obscurcis Romancia". Thank you and have a nice day :)
@@LovebitesFanForLife I agree, the mix is meh. I was hoping for a sound more like Voivoid who were from the Jonquiere area about 5 and a half hours North of Montreal. We haven't had a really good band coming out of Quebec in such a long time thus why I started listening to Japanese metal in the 90s
What makes LOVEBITES unique is the remarkable synergy between these 5 superbly talented musicians who are neither defined nor confined by genre, gender or nationality. As individually talented as each member is, the whole is far greater than the sum of the parts.
