Right because its his fault Tyler Smith had a false start and sacked 2x and given no time to get the ball off 😂 all that combined moved them back like 30 yards and they were on like the 6 yard line with 30 secs left. They couldve literally ran the ball 2x to seal it but those mistakes at the end weren’t Daks fault.

Dallas didn't want to give Jalen Hurts the ball back because they knew he would do what he needs to do to win the game. It's crazy b/c the Eagles actually played this game very conservative. The Eagles play calling was uncharacteristic (not aggressive) at the 4th quarter. It's the only reason Dallas was in a position to take the lead.

Its so stupid to say that recovering your own fumbles is luck. Dallas was lucky that Hasaan Reddick shoulder checked Dak way after he threw for no reason. Thats luck. Dallas was lucky that AJ Brown lost track of the ball on their final drive on what would have been a game ending catch he normally makes like clockwork. Thats luck. If anything the cowboys were lucky to have an opportunity to win, being down 11 points late in the 4th.

They held the Eagles on that possession because Philly was more concerned about running clock. I'll point out that this has also almost cost us the game against Washington. Nick gets way too conservative late in the game with a lead. He wants to run down the clock.
