💯 All I could think about this episode was how sad it is Mike has to pretend to be interested in the 100th time this dude said traits without elaborating on any of those traits.
I listened to Mike every day on the radio. I will not listen to the show that replaced him. The station did him wrong, and made a big mistake letting him go.
We all used to BURY Howie for trying to prove that he was the smartest guy in the room, and therefore, prone to making stupid picks, like taking Reagor over Jefferson. Now some want to bury him for making the smart pick, and the expert consensus is usually the smart pick. Where a GM properly takes risks is on the later picks. So, we get a, Jalyx Hunt. Whether this draft ultimately proves to be a success or not, this is a smart draft approach by Howie.
I am cautiously optimistic with the draft, and recent trades/acquisitions, but none of this matters unless it translates into success. After last year's collapse, this team has a lot to prove.
trot jr is a nice story but I wish we got wilson or gray instead. I'm also not a fan of Shipley being our recieving back bc hes got drop n fumble issues. I like the UDFA milton more
8:55 -- "I know nothing about him" - I appreciate and love the honesty. Can't ever find anyone to admit that in the media. They all act like they've watched every single person in the draft while they played in school every week for years.
All drafts in every sport is based on potential. U gotta see how their skills translate to da NFL cuz in college u playn against players 18 an 19 yrs old whos gonna get a job when they graduate, thw NFL is grown men in their prime an da best of da best
I love the Johnny Wilson pick. I know he's got some downside and we'll see what happens with him but I love a 6'6" receiver. I really hope he pans out into something.
