A viewer on BGG noted that there error I mention via scrolling text at 27:10 was not an error at all. So I played it correctly in the playthrough, but then thought I'd done it wrong when I was editing the footage. So ignore that scrolling note.
A solid primer for those of us waiting for the box to arrive on our doorstep. Bonus points for having the design team essentially proof your work to catch any obvious missteps. Well done. 👍
Thanks. I think of playthroughs as teaching tools, so I reached out to Michael Lemick just to try get the best version possible out there. Then we can all learn together.
The only thing that held me back from buying this game initially was that it was a two player game with cards. After seeing the play through it looks like this can be played solo just fine---- and I will have to put it back to the want to buy list. Thank you! The game looks beautiful.
It’s still on sale for $20 off. I think that ends very soon. Strike while the iron’s hot if you can! I’m still enjoying it and have played with the campaign game a bit now.
If you do an untargeted maneuver, you can dive or climb. Diving a level is automatic, I think. But climbing depends on your climb rating and generally takes a few turns to complete. I’m not in the loop on the pdf yet. I’m trying the campaign game next. Looks good.
@@PushingCardboard sure wish I could get a look at the rules just seems weird that a plane in like a zoom climb can shoot at a plane that could or is, in a steep dive well they say it is shipping in a week.
