The eagles quite literally had as bad and sloppy of a season they could have and still won 11 games while playing a 1st place schedule. Hammering under 10.5 would be crazy, you can think they’ll only win 10 that’s normal but acting like this is some great play is hilarious
The major question mark with Philly is whether or not Jalen Hurts is actually good. If he proves that he can read a defense and a blitz and do it without his crutch Jason Kelce there, Philly has a Super Bowl roster in place... otherwise it could get really really ugly really fast.
@@davet2459ppl don’t realize hurts was not 100% threw the year and it was obvious and the play calling was beyond abysmal. He might not have the 2022 type season but I think he’ll be closer to that than his play from last year which means hammer the over. Scheduled cake compared to last year too
They started 10-1 but could easily have been around 7-4 or even worse with all the one score games they were winning, and then the chickens came home to roost at the end. Add in the discontinuity with Kelce/co-ordinators leaving and it's easy to see how they go under
He’s an idiot and don’t know what he’s talking about he’s just a hater cuz his take had no logic behind it like he really said we lost Kevin byard 💀 dude was so trash last year he wasn’t even worth the 6th round pick we spent for him
Trying to be as unbiased as possible being an eagles fan… but dude said we lost Swift, didn’t mention we gained Barkley 😂… we lost kelce, didn’t mention we have 2 more all pros on our line… I guess he forgot we have smith, brown & goeddert for hurts to throw to… & on defense we got younger & addressed the secondary, which is what hurt us down the stretch last year… maybe becuz im a fan I don’t see the decline but I feel we didn’t get worse than last year… I in fact believe we may be on an upward trajectory… but im not on tv so what do I know 🤷🏾♂️
@@DopeThamacc-cx2bi losing Jason Kelce will effect the line regardless of type replacement comes in… but I don’t think his departure will cause this team become the team this goofball believes us to be
Ur 100% spot on these media guys have no clue what they’re talking about. There is not feasible argument for Dallas having a better roster going into this year than Philly. Dallas lost guys and added no one and Philly added everything they needed w new staff
@@colbycarmichael5138 looking thru the comment section I find that I’m not the only one that believes this guys views are off base… he completely took the eagles offseason moves out of his take & based everything on last season… half his takes I would take the opposite on, fox failed us with this guy 😂
As a Cowboys fan, I don't think your team got worse. However, you inherited our ex- offensive coordinator who likes to "get cute" at times. How long will Saquon last this season? He seems to get hurt more frequently. Lastly, with all those weapons you mentioned on offense. Who will be the first to complain about not getting enough "touches?" Or will everyone be happy? I remember in '07 or -08, when they claimed having an "All-Star" team, because they had playmakers on both sides of the ball. They ended up going 7-9.
@@James-tp4nc nah probably cuz you just a cowboys fan cuz 99% of the comment section and twitter agrees with me the ones who done are cowboy fans and eagle haters
It's weird...it felt outrageously obvious what was wrong with the Eagles last season. It feels like the team saw the same thing, and did what they could to address it. Talking heads seem invested in believing the problem is still there.
@@Davo2times from listening to players and local media sounds coordinators had a lot to do with it though and with a certified vet coming in and someone as offensively talented as Kellen given the pieces they both have to play with there's no reason to believe they would win less than ten games. Not trying to sound like a mad fan lol that take just doesn't make sense.
@@charlesmclemore5321 I agree with this so much. It was clear the players were frustrated with the coordinators, we lost them the year before because they were promoted. We are a franchise that is making head coaches. Our choices last year but there is literally nothing more we could have done to fix it, since the players backed Nick and I'm overall ok with Nick. I don't understand how the cowboys got blown out as well, got worse, but they all rank them higher then us now, I guess if you collapse every year like they do its just par for the course.
Losing coordinators was a positive for Philly, not a negative. We lost two the year we lost the Super Bowl and the replacements were horrible. Philly's secondary is dramatically better than last year.
Losing coordinators in my opinion can never be good. It means implementation of a WHOLE new scheme and play style by your defense or offense. It'll be interesting to see how the Eagles secondary will be..
@@jamarvinb6252I mean the falcons should have won that many games with competent QB play. They had a pretty good roster but Arthur wasn't the best playcaller and we had probably the worst starting quarterback in the league
@@EdTex7643 you’re showing how much of a casual you are lol, stop talking about last year, what’s done is done and we have fired the coordinators who were the cause of the collapse. You’re a cowboys fan I’m guessing?
@@EdTex7643 i didn’t call Kellen the greatest. He’s just an undeniable improvement. Objectively. Which means his take makes no sense. This isn’t really that complicated. You think Johnson is a better more experience OC with a better track record? Please provide insight into how you got to this conclusion.
@@EdTex7643 how does losing 5 of their last 6 support your assertion that I’m wrong about replacing the rookie coordinators with no experience or track record being a positive & not a negative like he somehow concludes?
This is the exact reason y’all have to stop letting anybody behind Colin’s desk. So you’re telling me that the boys got worst. Got 3 players needing contracts with one possibly holding out. Lost their D coordinator. To a division rival who knows the organization in and out to win over while the birds replaced every lost with someone just as good or better and you pick the under. Put me behind the desk. I can do better than that.
i don't think you listened to his full reasoning. danny parkins is well respected everywhere he's been. just because he insulted your team doesn't mean he's "just anybody"
@@abneryates4304no he’s a clown for this take your just trying to defend him because your either a cowboys fan or eagles hater cuz his entire take and reasons had littearly zero logic behind them he’s talking as if the eagles made zero moves this offseason and everything that happened to the cowboys their going to get better when they only lost players and haven’t gained any 😂
@@abneryates4304 well respected 🤣 being well respected don’t mean right. Having your opinion is cool but at least make it make sense. He seems to have missed all the ways Dallas has gotten worst and the Eagles getting better. Dallas lost 2 o linemen Philly lost one. Dallas has a new coordinator who’s in his second stint with the team on a one year prove it deal. If he made sense I wouldn’t have said anything. Oh and Jalen has had different coordinators all his life
The falcons had a great run defense and an average pass defense so no they weren't horrible. The problem was that the offense kept putting the defense in a bad situation because of bad play
Middle of the pack, actually. With Graddy Jarrett back Run D will be nasty. But the D is always going to be playing the pass because the visitors will be behind due to Cousins having a top 5 O-line and all those weapons. Two 1000 yard, on rookie, season running backs ain't too shabby either.
This guy did a great job filling in for cowherd. Proud of him for showing how calculated he is. Represents the Chi perfectly! Cowherd gave him this opportunity for a reason. He knows he has huge potential .
@@nickbarcheck1019 I’ll reserve judgment for later. For the last several years when the media proclaims some rookie qb the next best thing, they’ve fallen flat on their faces or were just ok. He says 2nd Straight season of losing both coordinators but doesn't explain why this could happen.. let's see 2022 what are coordinators did so well they both got head coaching jobs.. trying to replace some of the greatest coordinators in the league the next season didn't go well so we needed new ones how is this abnormal? What is abnormal is we'er a coach factory

Losing 2 bad coordinators for 2 proven coordinators isn’t a reason to slam the under. Lost swift given as a reason is hilarious when he was replaced with Saquon Barkley… the list goes on & on
As a Dallas Cowboys fan, we ain’t going anywhere with Dak Trashscott at the helm. He’s proven time and time again. That, when he’s under the spotlight and the big moments come. He chokes under pressure.
All he said is he'd be good in the regular season again...which he probably will... and then bomb once the playoffs roll around, but could still win 11+ games in the regular season.
Love the insights on the Falcons' potential! Do you believe their upgrades are enough to dominate the NFC South, or are we overestimating their chances given the competitive nature of the league?
I mean they won seven games with probably the worst starting quarterback in the league so I would hope that having competent QB play would add at least 2 to 3 wins
Guy says ATL upgraded at Head Coach and Play Caller? 😂😂😂😂 Last time Raheem was a head coach he lost 10 games in a row!! Their “improved” play caller has never called plays before 😆😆😆😆
Just wondering what exactly did Kellen Moore do in Dallas or LA that made him Josh McDaniels reincarnate? Dak Prescott had his BEST season - without Moore. And Herbert regressed with Moore as O-coord. Just 2 seasons ago I was at a Dal-Phi game and Philly guys around me were saying Moore is a horrible play caller. He gets too cute. Now he's in Philly and he's your guy??? You Philly fans are too much!😂😂😂😂😂
Dak ain’t have his best year he got embarrassed by the youngest team in the leauge and didn’t make it out of round one at least with Kellen he got to the second round and Herbert was hurt Littearly the entire year after game one and he just sat down at the end of the year and his top two weapons Keenan Allan and Mike Williams was hurt most of the year and he had an aging running back who can’t even carry for 4 a pop and a rookie first round wr who couldn’t catch to save his life you acting like Herbert got worst because the play calling no you gotta look at the situation he was in and keeled more while he was in Dallas for what was it three or four years he held the number one offense in the leauge during the span of him being with Dallas bud McCarthy was just force feeding ceede and they had a lot of passing yards but the run game was horrible but with Kellen the run game was amazing and way better so yeah Dak and ceede had better numbers but the entire offense as a whole wasn’t just more efficient no because their run game was horrible so they had to throw it a lot

I think you are wrong about Russel Wilson. Loot at his QBR and stats, he is still quite good. He got within a fumbled punt from taking that woeful team with no defense to the playoffs. I think Pittsburg will be a surprise team.
I like Danny a lot. But when will he and others learn that the Pittsburgh Steelers don’t do loosing seasons. They had 10 wins last year and got better this offseason. Come on
Love to see Philadelphia sports fans upholding their reputation as the worst fanbase in the world, acting offended because someone said they would have 10 wins instead of 12. The horror. You guys really don't know how to act when your teams are good.
What bro this makes no sense we had 11 wins last year with a worst team and probably the worst coordinators in the league we improved at littearly the entire defense both coordinators and got a superstar workhorse running back how does it make logical sense that we get worst from last year make it make sense ?

Eagles fans are losing their minds! You have to use your kid gloves when dealing with them. They hardly ever take off their green shaded glasses off. This team finishes badly. They lost two very important players and haven’t replaced them. They blamed everything on the coordinators and now think they will go undefeated. Jalen Hurts is one of the most overrated QBs in the league and the Eagles did nothing to improve the D line and linebackers.
