Terrorism is a subjective topic, war of aggression on the other hand is an objective one therefore the concern here is how many 'terrorists' states representatives are there in BRICS & who initiated a WOA. Context on socio-economical scope should incalcate transparency & fairness not mentioned, doesn't matter which part of the globe, good business practices should not by far include ideological tyranny & hypocrisy, the tides turned not because of a newer world order it's because nations chose democracy to be their guiding principal of equality, rule of law & more importantly the virtue of respect.

The real power is in the hands of India and China. Russia is not even close to being in their power ranking. Would India and China support NK and Iran? Would India and China support the war in Ukraine? Would they be risking investment opportunities if they are forced to use BRICK's currency? so many question that need to be answered before BRICK's is finalized. Biggest question is can russia be trusted? they are a very high credit risk in general. they have defaulted on so many past loans. If BRICK's comes into play and when russia fails to honor loans, that will likely drive down the BRICK's currency value and hurt India and China bargaining power.
India needs to sort out its differences with China, especially the border issue because the West will treat it the same as China when its economy grows stronger.
