Ear Doctors React to Tinnitus Home Remedies 

Last month I have a tinnitus, which makes me worried about my future and self, this ringing brought me anxiety. Later then I ask God to help me out, I read Bible and the driven life purpose book that helped me a lot to connect with God finding my true purpose. After days and weeks that has passed I learned to don't be bothered by this ringings and live my life according to God's purpose....And yesterday a miracle happened, God granted my prayers He allowed my tinnitus to heal, like I can't explain how it happened, like just suddenly! And for that I am very thankful to God, not just for healing my tinnitus but also for transforming me into a new person. God is so good, He just need to see our faith, He works in disguise, things are not always impromptu, God needs our patience.

I don't want to reduce the sound, I want to make the sound stop😢

I believe the problem is either inner ear, neck or jaw that causes the ringing. Annoying sound I have learned to deal with for 25 years. Tying anything is better than not.

I enjoyed watching this video. I made a video reacting to one of these methods as well. There are so many options to manage tinnitus. These physical manipulations rarely last longer than a minute of relief.

I started taking “clear tinnitus” which is homeopathic. I normally don’t believe in homeopathic remedies, but this one works for me and incredibly well. If it is the placebo effect, I will take it, just don’t tell my subconscious.

Using an electric shaver,any vibrator and they work I had stumbled on a method that uses the end part electric shaver NOT the cutting part. You can even use an electric brush. Place vibrating part at the bottom on ear, not at the ear lobe but the part above it. If you press on it, you will hear a pop sound, PLaying around this part of ear with vibrator until you hear fair good sounds. When ready , try not to push the vbrator not too hard to locate the spot with loudest volume. I started slowly and left vibrator on for 1-2 minutes, but they weren't effect then raised to 3-4 .That produced the results of not hearing tinnitus for a day. Next day, I had a slightly ringing and I was able eliminate it with a minute session. Please report back your method and adjustments

Main thing is to protect your ears from continuous high decibel nose, and/or sudden loud report from gun shots (firing range, duck hunting) which hurt the sensitive, fragile inner ear mechanism's. Even getting caught next to a Fire Truck siren, you should put both hands over your ears!

I learned this in sixth grade anatomy. There are tiny hairs in the cochlea that get stimulated with sound. That stimulation then goes to the brain. I have tinnitus predominantly in my left ear. In 1995 as an adult, I got mononucleosis, and for a year and a half was plagued with one infection after another, one of which went into my ears. What happened to me is that I had liquid mucus buildup behind my eardrum. To an ENT doctor, my eardrum felt like a brick wall. There was no motion. And, in the middle of my infection, I could not hear out of that ear at all. He ended up piercing my eardrum to drain the build up of mucus. Later, another ENT blew a white powder with a straw into the hole created by the eardrum piercing, and voila -- he cured the infection. Later they remove the little plastic tube that they put in my eardrum for drainage. He told me that the eardrum would seal itself and I suppose it did. Now what I’m left with is a bunch of dried fluid around a certain few hairs inside my cochlea, which prevent those particular hairs from being able to receive certain pitches. Additionally, they are gooped down with dry mucus, which causes the tinnitus. My cochlea needs cleaning. But how does one clean inside a cochlea? This will cure tinnitus and if you can figure out how to clean it, then you will have a cure for tinnitus.

When do you know if it’s tinnitus or my neighbor with his intense woofer waves of base tones and shrill tones. Need to buy a meter to direct where it’s coming from. I can’t tell but it happens only in my house!!

Magnesium Citrate 420mg tablet, twice a day, worked to lessen my mild tinnitus after around 4 days. I don't know if it will work for anyone here who has a severe case though. Mine was mild, just usually lasts 1 second and annoyingly happened as I approach the REM stage in my sleep (so that's why I thought it might be a blood pressure or nervous system problem that can be fixed with a supplement). I hope this information helps some of you.

The second video with the lady in blue, was discussing how she deals with her “lazy eustacean tube”. She’s a doctor of audiology and did caution about not pulling your ear violently. Her pulling out and up was done at an angle to allow her eustacean tube to open.

Tinnitus caused by Menieres? Fluctuations from a 4-10+ roar...episodes with vertigo causes hearing loss. Is there anyway besides sodium reduction to stop the symptoms that cause hearing loss? Been told a few times nothing we can do?

Only thing that works for me is taking shower head and run warm/hot water at back of my head, thats spot where problem suppose to lie,part of brain responsible for phantom noise. Do it in the morning for up to 1 min and I'm fine for rest of a day. If it comes back repeat it. I have it just few months and discovered it just now. Mix it with neck streaching every day proper posture through the day and proper cussion for sleeping and posture while sitting at desk, no bending neck while using mobile and i dropped earphones as i suspected it started after everyday use of it/and night .Some shoulders light weight lifting as well. Hope it will help to someone

One ENT specialist told me there are 3 causes of ringing in ears. 1. Stress. 2. Change in diet. 3. Ear infection. Most times I hear it and sometimes it disappears on its own.

Not a single negative reaction? Hmmm...though the older doctor did murmur "Don't tell me you do that!" but the other one talked over him. We now know that tinnitus is more a neurological reaction than anything physical. This was shown a few years ago when a gentleman in the UK convinced his doctor to sever the auditory nerve on the side where he had the tinnitus...and when he woke up from surgery he still had it, though he was deaf on that side forever after.

Instead of reacting to videos why don’t you go use your expertise to research treatments for tinnitus 🤷🏽‍♂️

I'm gonna kill myself if my tinnitus doesn't go away. Already have my plans set out :/ This is a truly debilitating condition. I had it due to sinusitis, got surgery, it went away for 2 months. Complete silence. Then by late August it was back and worse than ever before. I have horrible loud static, electrical CRT type whine times 100, noise. No amount of sound will overcome it.

Tinnitus is an horrible disease, well thanks to my doctor, am free from Tinnitus now.
