@@yourgamertamil5471 well for some people even after the ear wax is removed some people still can't hear because the ear wax damages the inside of the ear and could cause permanent deafness

When I was in boot camp in the Navy I went 17 days without being able to clean my ears !! When I finally got a hold of a Q tip and was able to clean my ears the feeling was borderline orgasmic ! I can't imagine how good this must have felt
I worked for an Ear, Nose and Throat doctor for a while and I'm here to tell you some patients ear wax smelled so bad that I would gag. And we had one patient with a trach and once when the doctor had to clean it out, I vomited. That's by far, the worst thing I've ever smelled in my life. 🤮🤮🤮
This looks like it is a combination of both ear wax and keratin (essentially dead skin). The wax is the crumbly bits that come away fairly easily. The dead skin is the white/grayish stuff that is stuck and essentially needs to be peeled away. *The dead skin likely wasn't shedding and migrating out of the ear as it normally does (lots of reasons this can happen). It probably trapped some ear wax in the ear with it. This can actually become quite problematic. People who tend go get a build up of dead skin in their ears need to get them cleaned regularly.
This, looks like a giant dinosaur with a skinny neck dipping down for food. He does his head down and takes a bite and lifts his head up and he starts over
