I bought this and the first time I used it (today, for the first time) the metal tip and silicone cover broke off in my ear and I had to go to urgent care to have it removed. NOT WORTH IT!!!

It’s the device’s app. I can’t recall what it’s called currently. I scanned the QR code on the ear cleaner package to install it. You should find info on it on the package or in the manual.

The image quality would be awful over Bluetooth - it has limited bandwidth
