I own the EarFun, Soundcore Q20i, two identical competitor versions of the Soundpeats Space, and Edifier 700NB. I like them all for different reasons. You did an awesome job comparing them! Thank you!
@@phrocasso5906 The color and appearance are my favorite out of the group I mentioned. They come with a really nice hard case. The app is useful. They are the only pair to support LDAC.
@@phrocasso5906I have had a chance to extensively test and compare to my other sets. I really like the EarFun style, app, and case. They are almost identical in terms of appearance and features to the 1More SonoFlows.
I have Soundcore Q45 and Soundcore Space one and totally agree with you about both! By the way, I also preferer Space One sound quality over Q45. After watch your review and comparisson, I will purchase the Earfun Wave Pro. I have the Earfun Air Pro 3 and use them every day in my gym. Thank you so much for your detailed review!
Thank you for this review and comparison provided. I already purchased Wave Pro because I like and kind of "support" Earfun. And at the same time I don't like the design and higher prices of the Soundcore One and Q45. I have been seeing numerous reviewers mentioning the unexpectedly balanced sound of the Wave Pro's and I know very well that that exact quality allows you to listen music for hours and not having the ear fatigue from too bass heavy lows, or muddy vocals in mids, or very extremely pitched highs. Anyways in few days I will be able to see (hear) for myself.
I bought the soundcore space one after seeing your video and because i like it bass heavy. I also tested the earfun wave pro, decent and easily better then my old jbl live 650, but not enough bass for my liking . They had some trouble with high sounds in my case, were it got slightly uncomfortable. Thanks for your videos.
Just picked up a pair of the Wave Pros for $60 U.S. I think they're even cheaper in parts of Asia. They're a great value for the money. Can't quite compete with my Sony XM's for sound quality and noise cancellation but would be perfectly happy using these on a regular basis. They don't put out a lot of volume and as you've stated not the best choice if you like a lot of bass but what you get is clean and tight and the eq will let just about anyone find a tuning they like. The Space Ones are available for $80 U.S. and the Q45's for $100 but perfectly happy with the Wave Pros.
hi how many percent to think they match the sony xm4 for anc and sound quality only? Just tried all the premium price ones today, really like the bose qc ultra, xm4 is decent as well, but don't want to spend that much.
@@lucuschen9911 Hard to say, maybe 75% or 80%? There is a noticeable difference. The knockoffs just can’t compete with Sony and Bose on ANC especially with filtering mids and highs. Voices and conversations will leak through. Sound quality is subjective but even with the eq these will sound a bit restrained with the treble rolling off, less detail and the soundstage somewhat compressed. It’s not bad, it’s just not flagship. There are other reviewers who really like the Soundcore Space Q45’s which I haven’t tried but are available for $100 at Amazon right now. Might be worth checking out. The Wave Pros will definitely skew towards the value/budget end of the spectrum.
Well, now I understand that the Earfun Wave Pro is definitely a better option than the Soundpeats Space (unless maybe crazy battery life is the most important) but now I think I might get the Soundcore Space One instead of either of the others. 😂 Thank you for another great awesome review and comparison, Picky! 👍
I had those and returned them. They weren't comfortable for long term use. Anything over an hour and my ears hurt. I also had the q45 and loved them but they lasted one week before the right speaker went bad. Ended up with the technics A800.
Same! I'll start wth budget and mid range options and work to the premium brands a bit later. I tried the mom 4 in a store once and I really liked them
@@pickyaudio I managed to get the momentum 4 for quite a discount over the easter sales, sound quality is a massive upgrade from the xm4 and soundcore q45. It will be interesting to hear your thoughts on how they compare to the sonys or bose ultra. Only complaint I have again the momentum is the ANC isn't as good as the sony. If only there was a pair with similar sound quality and top tier ANC!
@@loveracing1988 I haven't seen much on the technics, how would you compare them to Momentums in terms of sound quality and comfort? Sorry to hear it wasn't the best fit for you!
@@redcolourbenzene7762 comfort technics win hands down. Controls the momentums are better assuming the touch controls work, mine didn't work all the time. Sound quality they are really close but I'd probably give a slight edge to the momentums.
Good stuff. Was pretty stoked when I saw these. Earfun makes good gear. Glad to hear the bass on these isn't too crazy. I had a set of Q30s a couple years ago and it was painful trying to get the EQ to my liking. Super lows and shrill highs, that's what I remember from the Q30s + my set broke after one drop. lol Good video
I got the Edifier but after getting it I saw youtube comments talking about sound leak and I tested it and yeah it does leak sound very clearly which is a massive con.
Thank you for this very comprehensive review. If anyone knows how the sound quality , and loudness compares to Haylou S35 , Earfun Air Pro , or Jbl Tune 660 please share as it would help me a lot in deciding if I should order this one.
I'm starting to use headphones more than earbuds now, I never thought this day would come haha! The only issue I get is pressure of the earpads touching my ears. I just need the larger earpads and It's not too bad
Hello, I love to consume TV shows, movies, music and social content. My music preference is usually pop; I prefer clear vocals and open notes instead of bass. Since I usually prefer dubbing when watching TV shows and movies, it is important for me to have low audio latency. The mismatch between lip movements and sound bothers me. I plan to switch to subtitled content soon, so I'm looking for a headset with low latency. I don't need extreme latency as I don't play games, I just want to enjoy consuming content. I'm looking for a earbuds with a good microphone, Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), Transparency Mode (Transparent), Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC), etc. I prefer a long battery life, but wireless charging, infrared or a charging indicator are not important to me. I would prefer a brand other than Soundpeats because I have seen many people who bought headphones from this brand and had problems and regretted it. My budget is maximum 45-55 or 65$ Thank you in advance for your advice.
Hi bro. Got the we-1000xm5s. The ss tips fit perfectly in my left ear but are loose on my right ear. So I tried using the s tips on my right ear but that ones were too big for me. What do I do?
Hi i found the sound core q30 for 47 usd and the q35 for 60 usd while also the Edifier w820nb plus for 40 usd and the soundpeats space for roughly the same price what do you recommend i go for. I prefer strong ANC, comfort and mostly an overall champ which ticks all the boxes ehat do you say i choose
haha! Yea down the track but I'll start with the budget/mid range options. No plans for a new live I might do one when a new product is released for a live unboxing
Hey bro I've been watching your videos and I have been so blessed by them because they have been so helpful. The detail or explanation and comparison is just great! Thank you. I also wanted to ask, Do you know Jesus? God made him made Jesus the atonement for your sins (which deserve punishment) so that you could be in a relationship with Him. This is the good news or in Other words the Gospel! Godbless you bro. Love you with the Love of God with ✝️🖤 2 Corinthians 5:21 NLT For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ.
Great review - can you listen via aux with ANC turned on with any of these bar the EarFun Wave? I'm still listening on SC Q20's which still allow ANC on listening via AUX
Gonna pick these up after watching your vids. I love the Havit design but man I've been a fan of Earfun ever since their Free Pro 2. The Pro 3 with the app is just so, so good so keeping the same app with their amazing equalizer adjustment is gonna be great. 55$ ! :D Can't wait to try them out. Thank you 🙏
