Great upload, great memories of this era of the Mosconi. I watched it at the time and knew the score but I’m sure others might not. Quick edit and take it out the title.
Thank you for the Upload. What a cool Match. You have to love the Mosconi Cup!! Especially the Team Spirit is very rare in a Sport where you play mostly alone... so the chance to see it the other way around is really nice!
Rodney was scared to death to shoot that last nine ball. He was out of body standing/shooting and could hardly hold the stick. He even said it as I was typing toward the end.
NO disrespect, there's a lot to say about Earl. Just an opinion Earl just needs to sit there and play his game and let the referee worry about everything else.
Michaela Tabb made a bad call. Just because she didn’t know how much time was left doesn’t excuse Chamat not knowing the time, and in fact it’s actually more the player’s responsibility to know the time left because the ref’s responsibility is to watch the player and the shot itself, not the shot clock. But hey, in the heat of the moment referees make bad calls under pressure sometimes and the players just have to roll with it.
@@jamesdakidd1597 dude they already called their extension after being over looking at the shot. How much time do you need AFTER you know you called your extension? Knowing there is only 30 seconds left they decide to not even be anywhere near the shot at 10 seconds, it's a foul no doubt. Mika wasn't shooting he should've told him the time. Then they get another 30 to shoot? If that was gonna happen they should've beeped down to 3 since they claim they didn't get the 1st two beeps. Use some sense here
Yeah the clock didn't beep til 3 seconds left but the guy was late getting in position for the shot, he put the chalk down at six seconds, that's not being ready. Foul. Don't let them and their fans influence you Michaela.
Really really really cant believe the promoters of this screwed the viewers in the worst possible way, by putting the score in the title..they also screwed the sponsors because sponsors want as many viewers as possible, myself and prob tons of others didnt care to watch after the spoilage.......duh.
