one reason i love earl is that he doesnt rap over his own voice he just has all the songs memorized and you can hear his raw vocals. you can tell he sits with a pen and works for years on these songs. the goat.
True that, he makes me think and go back to the same song until I feel like I understand it, even though I might be way off. (Me trying to decode his thoughts and shit lol)
I know I'm laying in bed having a crisis over it lmao. It seems like yesterday earl was like 17 and had a higher voice. Now he looks and sounds like a true adult. So fucking proud of the guy.
@@jonahdunlop3920 why would that matter? Your worth is determined by where youre from? Grow up and wake up. If youre proud of being in the hood and dont dream every second to get out youre another delusional moron. Enjoy being stuck on that hamster wheel. You just judged someone off a single word they typed. Smh
I love how he tried to line up the timing after loosie how it was on the album, started earlier than the producer and then just shifted his flow to fit that. Like. Goddamn
Static Wulf yea, thats why he rushed it, when shattered dreams started playing he was like “why the fuck?” and he started singing, and then at the end he rapidly said “i love yall” and he left and he was sorta mad at black noise
Jacob Jackman Do you by any chance live in Minneapolis? We’re were about to go to a Taco Bell after his show and decided not too, seeing the next day that we would’ve seen him...
Shoutsout to Earl, an artist who chose to provide and perform his truth to the masses regardless how sensitive! The other "real" that has nothing to do with religion or spirituality.
Got to see Thebe in Pomona, CA this year, it was my 2nd time seeing him and glad to see he's made his own lane. If youre lucky enough to understand what hes doing you understand he's a legend. He's saying whats on his mind and its pure. Just bars.
If anyone has MIKEs set recorded it would be greatly appreciated ♥️ been watching this on repeat all day, his delivery on all in and Corrupt is unreal.
Wind in my sail follows Grief. The sequence for all the song is just perfect. Can't stop myself from rewatching this again and again. Thank you so much for uploading this
Been following this young brotha since the beginning....alot of hiphop artist like to use the phrase "keepin it real" but until you speak on your true self flaws and all, u cant really claim that....this young brotha's strength is hus ability to expose his vulnerabilities and inequities of his upbringing that made him the man he is today....very mellow and honest sincere music....
MAN HE CAUGHT MY ATTENTION SINCE EARL, I JUST CANT FIGURE OUT HIS GENIUS JUST INSANE AND IM OLD AF FROM THE 80S HIP HOP ERA DUDE IS JUST DOPE STRAIGHT HEROIN💩💥
I’m not gonna lie I haven’t listened to Earl since the whole odd future thing. I thought I’d listen again to this and man I was pleasantly surprised earl is fire af I didn’t skip one song. I wish the industry would shed more light on music like this it’s really for the soul. I love how he didn’t tell anyone to do anything just let them vibe how they wanted. Shit my eyes are open I always knew he was nice but dam.
I come back to Earl every few mths and when I do I always check out this set, mans a fucking genius and plus love seeing the comments filled with nothing but love and peace ❤️
Damn, this is dope that this found its way to my suggestions. Earl was always a really genuine guy - I always appreciated his features with Mac Miller, on Facec, and other pieces. With certain musicians, you can tell when they are both passionate with their craft, as well as skilled, in their work. Earl is one of those artists. One who stands out, and continues to do so. To many more years, Earl. You got it g.
