"I wonder how to make these. I wanna make some. I know it's animation and video editing... and a good proccessor... well, taht's what it is now." Given when these were made like this piece, Harry would've had to manipulate the images by hand (either as cutouts or paint directly on a piece of glass (like what Fischinger did in his film Motion Painting No. 1). The kicker here is that he used multiple camera passes in order to create the desired effect, giving the images a slight translucent effect given the exposures needed on a single roll of film. I don't know of a digital program or app that would simulate this myself.

I'm guessing stop-motion optical printing plus multiple exposures. Making this piece looks like it involved a lot of cutout cardboard stencils and colored gels laid on a projection plate.

This is cool. I really like Oskar Fischinger. I wish i had a nice abstract animation for my song "Brain". I wonder though if it would would for the particular song. What do you think ?

@SpaceOverflow Knowing Harry he'dhae shunned computer graphics;he prided himself in his ability to invent his form as much from scratch as possible. He us an old Bell and Howell; very old and actually drew his figures directly on the film. There's few who could top his originaliy. He worked in long spurts and was prone to getting high and drunk most of the time; he exhausted himself and hardly eveer worked. But when he did; he was the best
